I placed an order for 3 men's colognes around a week ago, there was an offer to get 50 dirhams cash back if you buy more than 250,my order was above 250, cash back was pending, all of a sudden, next day, Noon decided to cancel my order and advised me to place a new one, I did, cash back is now gone despite buying for the same initial order's amount that THEY canceled. Customer service is absolutely useless after sending around 15 emails throughout a week, they don't even bother checking the previous conversations before responding!

I have made an order on noon minute, and what I have received is half of my order.
The left are gone! After that I found that they ain't no customer service hotline but bunches of people called agents working as post customer service and they didn't even try to help at all but just keep asking u to wait:)also they are keen on answering u same thing while ur asking them different questions :)
I uploaded one of the agent called Bassent or Passent...that's ducks
Now I lost almost 300AED and I would love to escalate to the police office :)

The worst marketplace ever! If I could rate zero stars, I would do that! Customer service is terrible. They sold an expensive watch, that in 3 weeks got broken. And they refused to provide the warranty service with is 2 years.

Will never order again on Noon or Noon Daily. Orders are sent in piecemeal and one has to keep collecting deliveries over next few days. Simply painful and unprofessional. Dont know what kind of algorithm the mandarins at Noon are thinking. So utterly useless and inconvenient and environment unfriendly and wasteful. TERRIBLE! I usually am not so harsh but this is insane. Suffered a few weeks ago and it has started to happen again. I SWEAR I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ON NOON EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES TO DELIVER ON PLANET EARTH. IT IS A JOKE! 3 KGS OF POTATOES GET DELIVERED IN TWO CONSIGNMENTS AND ONE PACK OF COKES GETS DELIVERED IN TWO CONSIGNMENTS AGAIN. HAVE NO POLITE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE INANITY!
REVIEW ON 31 Jan: I do not accept your lame reply but I am revising my rating to four because all renaining items got delivered in one shot this morning and packing and quality was top class. It appears that someone in Noon Daily took notice of the inane way the deliveries were being made and put a stop to it. My rating would have been five had it not been for the bad reply.

And recently bought a mobile with a tiny opening in its pack, so i accepted it, but when i asked for return(to buy another mobile) they declined the return because of the tiny opening which i recieved it with

I ordered baby hair oil in a glass…
I ordered baby hair oil in a glass bottle with a dropper, however, the item was received with a broken dropper and opened and leaked some of its oil. I contacted Noon's customer support for a possible refund, however; they didn't only refuse the refund, they have accused me of breaking the item by myself while taking the item from the soft package. They were rude and unprofessional, it reflects their bad management and value of their customers. Stay away from this company.

I ordered Tinkle eyebrow razors from Noon and the packaging was opened from one side! It looked like someone had taken out the razor and put it back. This was extremely disgusting and unhygienic. They have zero health and safety standards. How can you sell something like that. Zero Quality. I will never buy from Noon again and i will spread the word among my friends.

I just want to know where is the express delivery item, not only in advertisements prove it also.
I wait for my order since 4 pm they said it is not shipped if i want to cancel raise a request and wait for 48 hrs they have their protocol for cancellation and refund as a costumer where is my justice.worst worst service not customer friendly

This company will scam you once they get your Credit Card you will forever be
Charged and CHEATED out of your money! I tried the trial and didn't like their food logging system so I cancelled before the trial ended. Then, I was charged 3 month membership so I decided to give it a try despite the fact I had previously cancelled! Then, about a month in, I carefully cancelled, again!
BAM! 3 months later they have scammed me again with another auto renew! They will not refund!

My Iphone is delayed two days and other order one day, whole holiday plan is rescheduled as I was suposed to travel last night but I need iphone so was unable to travel, n now Noon started using new way to delay delivery, Rider will go to some other place and call you am on wrong adress, so I cancelled delivery, You will get tomorrow your order. Like who gave you that adress and they will not answer, if you cross check from customer care they will tell correct address. I was sleeping and they wake me up by cals and for both orders told same story - am frequent user of Noon and they use to deliver me on this address. Today out of mo where they forgot my address and they can't come because they reached a place 12 km away thinking thats my address and now my area is out of there zone. Great Story Creation Noon!
Customer Care do not do anything for you, no matter you call 100 times no one bother
Since yesterday they are telling me they are going to do urgent delivery, its urgent delivery thats not received in 24 hours even and today again cancelled
I cancelled all my EId plans to sit home and receive orders since 7th, because they are telling me it will be fixed now and now and today, doing nothing in actual.
Worst experience of my life, am having worst headache bcz of them and their wrong commitments

Noon is an online UAE company that list many products. However, I have ordered TWICE and they automatically cancel and tell me it is not available and credit me after almost a month. Secondly they advertise next day delivery and it usually takes 3 weeks...
They need to learn the online business and treat customer better or not sell products they have no control over; besides, adhering to their advertising of next day delivery. What a joke!

اشتريت حاجة بسيطة للمطبخ من هذا الموقع الزفت، واخترت أستلمها بنفسى من مركز التسليم، رحت علشان أستلمها من مركز التسليم التابع للشركة الزفت اللى اسمها فورى رفضوا يسلموها لى علشان شركة الشحن ما بعتت كود الاستلام، اتصلت بشركة الشحن ما ردوش وفورى قالوا ما لكيش حاجة عندنا لغاية ما تجيبى الكود وكانوا قمة فى الوقاحة، اتصلت بنون وطلبت إلغاء الطلب، قالوا تمام والفلوس هتنزل فى حساب نون خلال ٤٨ ساعة بحد أقصى، ومن ساعتها الفلوس ما رجعتش وكتبوا على حسابى ان لو فيه فلوس هتترد يبقى بعد ١٠ أيام، كلمتهم وهددتهم ان أنا هابلغ حماية المستهلك قالوا ما نقدر نعمل حاجة، وللأسف اكتشفت ان تقييم الناس للموقع ده سىء للغاية وناس كتير بتحكي عن النصب وسوء المعاملة، أنا هابلغ حماية المستهلك وهافضحهم، بس يا ريت ما حدش يشترى من النصابين دول! ا

Please Aware everyone, I downloaded the Noon app and my Noon app was hacked within a few days. Someone made a fraudulent tracnsaction with my credit card, I complained to Noon for this nonsense. But the NOON Customer care team they are repeatedly reading the same script that we cannot help you. Because of Noon i lost alot of money and i had to change my all card. Noon is the worst App in the United Arab Emirates.

I purchased some products on march 12 on same day i cancelled two items it was paid online. So they promised me that i will het my refund within 7 to 14 days which is not refunded till now (April 18) Customer service is too bad. I am waiting to get my refund more than one month still they are asking to wait 48 hours to update. We will not trust this app again very dissatisfied will not order again. You have loose your regular customer. Please dont mention anything THAT YOU CANNOT DO IT

I waited almost 2 hours for my order but then you guys proceed to cancel it and tell me "there was a problem with the internet" I asked for help two times why not tell me what's wrong the first time instead of making me wait 2 hours and then finally tell me there was a problem and while waiting they gave put 13.75 in my noon wallet because it took so long then when they cancelled the order they took away the money, NICE ONE NOON I HOPE YOU RUN OUT OF BUSINESS

If there is an option to choose zero stars, I would choose. The worst customer service ever.
I ordered a TV ON 12th November, and it was supposed to be received on 13th November but unfortunately, till now I didn't receive it, and when I tried to contact noon customer service they didn't help me
I will not recommend anyone to use noon

I order 2nd February M8 LS32BM801UMXUE Monitor by Noon i received monitor 3rd February but its different from my order. I received model no LS32CM801UMXUE its different version its AED 260 less as per the UAE market, after that i return monitor. 3 days later i received massage from noon its decline, one again my product return 17 days later, lot of complain made customer service useless they are convince customer, not give proper resolution, around 17 days. After that i make complain and rectify the issue return to noon. 7 days later i get my refund. Total process 1 month, one of waste customer service in world, as my experience don't by any think from noon or online flat form its waste of money and time, i attachment my bill and noon cheating Technic, one think i can say noon include in product id 2 serial no both are not same, this is way there cheating customer. For M8 monitor LS32BM... and LS32CM... this not same product. In bill BM but received CM

Imagine! First time ordered from Noon. 10 packs of coffee. Courier called me and told that will bring it today, on Friday. I spent my day off time and was waiting him instead of going to gym or mall. What he brought to me? One! One pack of coffee! Other will come maybe 2-3 packs in each day! What? Noon, you company is too lazy to consolidate 10 packs of coffee? Really?
After my review Noon contacted me and 3 hours later sent for me all my 10packs. Well done finally!

Placed an order and the product was supposed to be delivered the day after. Out for delivery notification was shown the next day without any delivery. Product was still not delivered the next day also. Even after contacting customer service, there was no update. Finally cancelled the order. I am supposedly a "VIP" customer!. Will stop further purchases and switch over to other e-commerce platforms.

Don't order food from them. They're horrible and unprofessional. They don't refund and just block you from chatting.

Be warned people. Noon will sell you fake, illegal products, they will tell you they're refunding your money, but actually hold it in a wallet. Unless you notice and spend days trying to get their awful customer service department to do anything, then send all your bank account details (despite the fact that your original purchase was made by card and they already have them), they hold the money until it conveniently EXPIRES and then they keep it! Their consumer treatment is wrong on nearly every level. They are operating in a highly unethical and unscrupulous manner. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

Noon Grocery deliver with delays - it used to be 1 day (I have VIP status). Now they charge 3 dhs fees(!) and delivery is in two days at the fastest. The packaging is often filthy. Last month I have made purchases by over 2000 and they cancelled my last two orders to avoid granting me 200 dhs as per their own rules - I should receive 200! What a terrible approach to service - cheating the customers. Don't be fool, it is time to reduce shopping with NOON. There are other options - I will use NOON much less now.

Tip for consumers:
Do not believe that you will receive a cash back award if you shop over 2000 or 3000. They have a trick - they will cancel your order not to give you the cash back. Use other groceries online. They are faster and more honest than this.

I ordered the 2 ton AC on 1 Mar 22 from noon online shop. Which should be delivered at 5 March 2022. Still on processing state and not received any proper reply from them.
Also recently took the noon VIP membership. I have escalated this issue to priority customer service and no action was taken from their side. Simply we needed to wait for 48 hrs if we raise any complaints.
Service is very rude and Pathetic service.! They do not care about their customers at all!
