I wanted to have gold locs in my hair so I did a google search and came across this online shop. From April-July, the customer service representative reached out to me in very reasonable time to ensure I got what I wanted, as the Locs were not listed on the website. From special orders and requests to styling advice, Sharon walked me through the process. This is the best quality fauc Locs hair I have ever seen and will probably be able to keep them for a few years. This business made me feel important and prioritized throughout and that is not something I can say often about my shopping experiences. These are not the typical looped crochet hair we have become accustomed to, but it is a beautiful color and I am creative so I will make it work. Ten out of ten, would highly recommend!
WATCH OUT! - they also have a censored review section on their website and don't have open reviews on their FB page. I checked in with customer service and they showed a before and after picture to verify how their platinum blonde would look and that it was not a #613 - they sent the picture and it was legit white like above and even had a comparison of how their picture didn't have silver. Feeling super happy I ordered with specifications (plucked and 100% glueless). It arrived about 3 days later and the color was YELLOW NOT WHITE. Being stuck in this situation again I made sure that they had a return policy. I reached out to customer service and they said that customizations you can't return so now im stuck again with a wrong colored wig. Just want to give anyone heads up that you're better off buying a wig from aliexpress and bringing it to a professional hair salon to color if you want a true white. Last time this happened to me I got a primer from amazon and it turned grey/silver within 3 mins with different shades. Being stuck again from this scenario I found a nearby salon. I live in Canada so the price of the wig is about an extra $75-$125. In short if you're from the USA and want a yellow wig then this is for you. The only good note is that they pre-plucked it but followed not all of the specifications. If you're looking for platinum or what the actual pictures show then MOVE ON FAST THIS IS NOT IT.

I purchased the KoriAnn afro kinky wig. I wanted a custom cap. Customer service assisted me promptly and I was able to place my custom order. Unfortunately, the wig arrived in the wrong color. I followed the instructions listed on the website for returns/exchanges. Again, customer service was awesome! Within 2 weeks, I had a replacement wig. The picture of the wig on the website doesn't show just how lovely the wig is. The hair is soft and the curl pattern is absolutely beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted, and so natural looking. I've gotten lots of compliments.

You never sent us a picture of the grey wig when we were first corresponding or we would tell you it is grey and not platinum blonde. You ordered the wrong wig due to no fault of ours. We had discussions about the color before you purchased the wig and the pictures are there to show you the color. The picture on the left is the one you were sent by us to show you the difference between our Platinum Blonde color and the #613. You also put up the picture of the grey wig on the right compared to what you received. At no point during conversations did we ever receive a picture of this grey wig until after you received your order. However you have not put up the picture to show the comparison with the wig you received and the one on the website in platinum blonde which you ordered which are an exact match. If you are going to put up a review, please be truthful. You received exactly what you ordered including Large cap with very well plucked edges as you specified. We can only produce based on pictures you send us or based on the picture we supply on our website when you place your order. This is misleading to customers and makes it look like you ordered something different than what you received and you know that is not the case.
