Ordered several items and only received 2 items and missing a lot of items. Opted for a refund and never received it. It's been months with no reply. They stole my hard earned money, shame on this company robbing people. Will never buy from These guys again.

Stole my money, never shipped the product. I reported to BBB. This company is not commendable. Once I hear back from the BBB I expect to get this resolved but I never want to go through a situation like this again. Nutraplanet is a terrible company with even worse customer service.

I love the every day coupons that Nutra Planet offers for up to 40% off. I also frequently shop the top 100 products. I get all of my supplements from this site and they really work when used consistently.

My partner ordered multiple supps from NutraPlanet which we received most. One we returned photos of as it was all just hard as rock clumps instead of a powder and we were missing the most expensive product we purchased. I contacted them numerous times to get them to send the replacement and the missing item and was told they were unable to send them we would get a credit to reorder. They had the products in stock and all we wanted was to be sent what we ordered. I then requested a refund which i have not heard back about. Sent another email more recently and have had no response. We will not be ordering from this website again.
