SCAM they charge you $149 for "subscription" if you dont cancel in 14 days, oroduct does not work. AND it is insane hold time to call to give your request to cancel (20 and 30 minutes), I never got thru. Then was charged $149.00, and they refused to accept return or credit the $. RUDE rep actually hung up on me!

I cant believe I ordered this trial!
As soon as I got it I tried it and omg! My eyes burned so Bad!
Then call coustomer service what a joke!
I said it burned my eyes and I want to cancel my order... the person tells me Im getting charged $149 and it hasnt even been 30 days! So I had to call my bank and put a clam in!
Whatever you do dont Fall for this!
They tried to charge me $149 and then $89 as well... I argued with them until they agreed to refund my money! And, the product didn't really do anything for me... a waste of time, money and effort!
The number listed on the NutriBrow website gives one number multiple times *******572), however, after calling a few times to that company a rep named Angel gave me the number for LashSerums: *******163
What. A. scam. When I said I wanted to cancel, she insisted that they have a promotion to extend the free trial. I kept saying no I just want to cancel and not be charged anything more. In order to cancel the account, I had to pay $30 for the "free trial". I insisted that I am not paying anything more and I need to return the product/ cancel the subscription. FINALLY I got the info:
I had to return the package within 7 days or I would be charged the $150 full retail price for the lash and brow serum
I needed a "Return Reference Number" which she gave me and I need to write on the outside of the package.
I need to keep the tracking number for the package so I know when they receive it and then they confirmed my email address and said they will email me a confirmation when my account has been canceled. (HAS TO BE WITHIN 7 days, which in this case is 6 days)
What a nightmare.
You must absolutely read the fine print! The try it before you buy it gives you 14 days to cancel before being charged $149.95 with a re-occurring $89.95. If this is good for you great. For all others you've been notified.
