Great customer service. I was a total problem after a delivery to a wrong address that was not their fault and they took care of it without thinking twice and quickly. Good responses.
Be careful when ordering products. Items are mislabeled. "Gummi Sour Cherry hearts" were actually jellies, a big difference. "Sour neon candy worms" were sweet. Peanuts were stale. Their satisfaction guarantee is only to give a 50% store credit. That does not help when you have no plans to order from this company again. The only thing I liked were the half-popped popcorn. Though many pieces were still whole and unpopped.
They were advertising 20% off and free shipping off of a order of over $59. When I went to place my order that was over $59, the 20% came off but the shipping did not. I called customer service and she told me that there is very tiny, almost illegible fine print that says the total has to be over $59 after the 20% off discount. Very deceiving advertising. She then hung up on me!
I guess I have to take the blame for an order I did today assuming it would be here by Christmas. Unfortunately it won't be. I have received the information that it will be here on the 27th. I called customer service and after 17 minutes with no response I hung up. I have now unsubsidized from them and will do my nut orders and gift through Whitley's. Their products are exceptional!

I have ordered from Nuts.com a few times over the years. I usually had to fight to make things right even though their policy is "We'll do whatever it takes to make it right.". This order was a special order for a 94 year old's birthday. As usual, Nuts.com was no disappointment in the handing out disappointment department.
They insisted on using a third rate discount shipping company that refuses to help track the order even after several contacts for assistance. Nut's.com also refuses to provide any assistance or status on the order and refuses to provide a refund for the missing order. I have written back and forth four times with them responding to wait 24-48 hours and the shipment might be delivered. Even after 7 days past from the promised delivery date and three days after the birthday party. I have now had to contact my bank and forced to file an affidavit of fraud against Nuts.com in an attempt to get my money refunded.
Save your self the money and hassle and look elsewhere for anything they might sell. You'll get it faster, cheaper and better quality and in time for what you needed it for.

I purchased 15 bags of assorted nuts and seeds as gifts. The first three bags of nuts that I tried were awful. Not fresh and did not have freshness dates on any of the packaging in spite of their hundred percent guaranteed to excite your taste buds and hundred percent customer satisfaction guarantee on the website they are not honoring a return. The best they will do is to give me a 50% store credit. Bad products and service!

Delivery delayed due to them not having the product in their NV warehouse. I needed it by the date they had promised. They could not tell me what product is available in NV, so I could make a change. Would also not cancel the order. Phone disconnected several times before they answered. Then customer service rep hung up in the middle of the conversation. Possibly we were disconnected. Sounded like she was in the Phillipines.or India.Needless to say, I will not have the products intime for the event I ordered them for, but I could not get a revised ETA.

I had some some cherry fruit slices at a wedding and looked online for some- thought Nuts.com would be the best. They don't even remotely taste like cherry sooo disappointed and expensive too. They have a horrible plastic stale smell and no flavor at all.

I've been a repeat customer and recently received two 1 lb. bags of unsalted dry roasted peanuts with my order. The nuts had black spots on the surface. Some were covered with a grey substance. I emailed them them pictures of the spotted peanuts and how they did not meet my expectations. I requested a refund since the peanuts are inedible. The rep apologized and offered to give me store credit not the refund I requested. No thanks. I will no longer be ordering from them.
I received a promotional email for first-time customers: "FREE Shipping & 20% Off with any $59+ purchase". So I clicked on the email link and then placed my first-time $59+ order.
After I provided my Credit Card info, the order summary added $7.99 for shipping.
I contacted Nuts.Com customer care and was informed that there were more business conditions required to get FREE shipping! They told me I needed to read the fine print on their website.
I sent them the image from the promotional mail that clearly displayed in BIG PRINT "FREE Shipping & 20% Off" and in fine print "With any $59+ purchase". That's unambiguous.
But sadly, the Nuts.Com email tease is not the same as the detailed fine print on the web site. That's misleading and deceptive, right?
For now on I'm shopping for nuts at Yummies.Com! They are not deceptive and their nuts are better quality!

I placed an order for $59 with an offer of a free can. I never received the tin. When I called customer service, they told me that they had given me a 10% discount and that if I wanted the free tin, I had to place another order. Why have two promotions at the same time? That's the catch, the customer service is terrible, they are despotic and arrogant, as well as mean. The popcorn is soft, flavorless, and with unpopped kernels. I will never buy from this business again. Their products are old and have no expiration date!
Promo say buy 59.99 in product and get 20% off and free shipping. You still pay 7.99 for ground shipping. Support says you can not get 2 promos Avoid people with false adverting

I purchased the Gluten free Vanilla Cake mix. You would think there would be directions on the bag? No. Lol I had to look it up on their website. The directions they gave were for 3 cups of the mix. There are only 2 cups in the bag….it would have been nice if they were upfront with that tidbit of info when purchasing….After I revisited my 6 grade fractions lessons, I was able to figure it out. Haha.
I wish I was able to at least review this product on the Nuts.com website, but I'm sure they already know the reviews will look like so they probably removed the "write a review" button.
The cake, once baked, was very good. I did however use half and half instead of water. I do a lot of gluten free baking, so I know that it's tricky to try to make a cake moist.
Here's what I used for one bag of Vanilla cake mix: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup of veg.oil, and I started with 2 table spoons of 1/2 & 1/2, but wound up using a few more splashes of the 1/2 & 1/2 until I got the consistency of cake batter. I also added another teaspoon of vanilla. Bake at 325 for about 15-20 minutes. The tops were not browned, but they were cooked when a fork was inserted to check for doneness. Hope this helps! I placed an order with Nuts.com during their Cyber-Monday sale. Their promo on their site said 30% off plus free shipping on all orders over $59. (My order came to about $65) When they sent my receipt I saw that they had given me the 30% off but charged for shipping. I called them and was told the order would have to total $59 AFTER the 30% off, which is not what the ad stated. I cancelled my order (and am glad I did after reading their reviews) but am still waiting to get my money refunded. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

Just received Brazil nuts and Pistachios, zipped open each resealable bag to test my first order. These nuts are outstanding and superb in taste and freshness. Do yourself a solid and order some. You won't be disappointed!
We just opened up our first order from Nuts.com. What a great treat! Everything was so fresh! My husband loved the RED COINS, they weren't hard like the ones you buy elsewhere, but very soft. Loved that fresh cherry flavor! That was the same story with the BANANA SALT WATER TAFFY. It was soft and flavorful, so good!
The fudge... oh my goodness... I ordered the CRANBERRY WALNUT FUDGE. It was decadent and delicious and again, so fresh. Also chose a lb. of the CHOCOLATE WALNUT FUDGE... excellent!
All in all we were thrilled with every product! Already looking at my next order! Highly recommend Nuts.com!
The products they sell are average quaility at best, sometimes a lot worse. Their prices are maeked up tremendously. But the worse aspect of this company is their customer service that treats customers like adversaries.
The shipping department regularly misses items, and then customer service wants to play amateur detective by checking shipping weights and asking for photos of items from the shipping, thinking that we simply kept all products sealed in the bags in which they arrived.
I would avoid the headaches and not do business with Nuts.com.
By the way, Nuts.com by default sells and shares your information to third parties. You need to complete a form twice to opt out, and even then, they don't seem to process those requests.

I ordered several items on line and was amazed that site said order would be delivered (free) in 2 days. After 3 days, received an email apologizing for the delay and estimating delivery within 48 hours and providing a tracking link. Tracking link showed that order never left the plant although it indicated order would arrive by 6 pm day 5. Not received. Called and cancelled. After reading some other reviews complaining about poor quality, I'm glad I had to cancel.
He purchased some off of eBay and they were much fresher and tasted better than from this company. I do not know how often these nuts are sold to get a fresh shipment each time but he said he will never buy from them again. I am sure if I contacted them they would offer a return label. They shipped super fast which seemed impossible to receive so fast but in the end you are buying a product and when it does not live up to expectations, one cannot leave raving reviews.
I did chet with the customer support and received a quick resolution and I am pleased with the service I received.

Use your bank card to see if there was any discount. I did this and saved an additonal 10% cash back. Honey app did not pull up any codes to save while shopping on their site which surprised me. However they did offer free shipping after a certain amount was reached.
