Nutshell

Our company has been in the market for a new CRM multiple times as each time we move to a new platform, we end up finding something about it which absolutely breaks our flow. Nutshell is the first time in a long time where everything just seemed to work out and we've been able to connect it to our email automation whereas other solutions just didn't work based on how we wanted our automated campaigns to function. It is a great option for small businesses that are looking for a way to connect their email campaigns to their CRM and to be able to keep track of everything that is going on with sales. We even had someone from their company help us out with some of the initial set up and they helped us move over to their system from our previous CRM vendor. Overall, I would highly recommend using them if you're a smaller business as a lot of the most popular software are either too expensive or built to integrate with software that isn't really useful to smaller businesses.
