Ballasts worked great, were exactly as described, arrived quickly and was very happy to find the Keystone ballasts that we needed that we could not source anywhere else.

The price was very fair, postage seemed a little high. Unfortunately, the product I received was not as advertised. I relied upon the dimensions represented in placing my order only to discover that the actual product was not as represented. I would have returned the product, but the original shipping cost was not refundable, nor was the return shipping covered, making it impractical to return and guarantee my customer satisfaction. For that reason, I will not order again.

This company failed to communicate with me that the item I ordered was out of stock. So after awhile I communicated with them. After my inquiry, they told me then the item was out of stock and they ordered from the manufacturer. Finally my item did arrive in good order shortly after. Thank you.

The green is a bit of a cool green and the red is pink but they still look good for my project!
