I have to say that I was a bit leery at first due to this being my very first time purchasing from here but I must say I am immensely satisfied. Omg let me tell you ladies…the items were quality pieces with very sturdy material. The colors were exactly as advertised and the pieces are 100% on point. I can't wait to put this in my store. I know it will sell fast. I am looking forward to buying more of the same item before it sells out and then some. If your contemplating on purchasing with them "Do it!" Customer service also played an important and huge part of this great experience. They were assistive and very communicative throughout the entire process. I am one happy customer. I give them 5 stars!

I ordered a waist trainer according to their size chart to what would fit me correctly. I get it in the mail and it doesn't fit at all, more than a couple inches off. I email customer service and they refuse to do a simple exchange. All I wanted to do was simply swap my size for a larger size (obviously hasn't been worn) so I can actually use the product. I received an unprofessional, rude email back. If you want a waist trainer, go to eBay and get one for $15 that works the same as this crap.

I have to say that I was a bit leery at first due to this being my very first time purchasing from here but I must say I am immensely satisfied. I read for months reviews and watched youtube reviews and the best clinchers I could find for construction strength, least amount of spillage & rolling, and both long enough and high enough in the back was 1800cinchers. I went on the site and knew I wanted 1- latex waist trainer, 2- Non Latex Vest cincher, 3. Leggings.

I spent days on the site before ordering for 2 reasons. 1- Every item had a different size chart so every single item I went into I would need a totally different size (ranging from L to 3X or size 36 to 42 depending on the item I clicked on) but obviously I have the exact same waist measurement that I would check on the chart. VERY ODD!

2- By the time I would figure out & choose my options (size for that specific item and color, & short/long/or vest) 80% of them would say OUT OF STOCK and I'd have to start over again and find another item on the site.

By the time I found items that had my size & color in stock (which were not my first choices) I finally got an order together and sent the order through with a prepaid credit card I bought at the grocery store since I didn't know this company and didn't want to give them my personal credit card # yet.

I immediately got an email that said order confirmation and a # attached to it. In the email the first thing it says in huge letters is that "CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE" This freaked me out because Im buying from Canada so Im paying high shipping costs, plus 30% more because of the exchange rate, the sizes Im not trusting because they've given me 6 different sizes on the site for my waist measurement depending on each product and they would be of no use to me if they dont fit. I would have ZERO interest in purchasing something unless it was exchangeable once I tried it on.

A couple hours later I got a 2nd email giving me a tracking # and saying my items were shipped out and again the big bold letter disclaimer showing NO EXCHANGE on clearance items. Im starting to get freaked out as my order is $261. I dont think my items are clearance but now Im second guessing as all of them do have a certain price crossed out and show a lower price.

Im sitting there thinking maybe I should call them and make sure when I get a 3rd email saying 1 of your 3 items you ordered is out of stock (it wasn't when I ordered). The email says would you like to still get 2 of the items out of the 3 that are in stock or would you like to cancel your whole order.

I email back asking for clarification about this non exchangeable issue and request that they send me a non latex vest instead of the latex vest they are saying is no longer in stock.

I get an email back saying please do not email this address to change your order.

HUH! They emailed me changing it and asked me a question.

I went on the live chat and its a waste of time. The person is very robotic and gives generic answers that I assume are the same to every single person and every single question.

I finally email back and say ok just cancel the whole order and i will immediately go online and reorder my same order with the change in vest.

I get an email back saying order cancelled.

I go online to reorder with the 1 change but now a 2nd item I ordered is showing out of stock so only 1 is available so I have to make 2 changes. Im on there for what seems like hours and finally order and get a response that my credit card is rejected. I figure out that they have already taken the $261 off the credit card so now only $239 is left available on it.

I keep my items in the shopping card and spend the whole next day calling the credit card to see if the money has been refunded so I can go ahead and put through the order again. I call the credit card co 7x and its never there. I call 1800cinchers they insist its been returned. I wait and wait and wait days and by the time its refunded 5 days later I try to put my order in again and it says 2 of these items are out of stock.

Im tired by this point so I just order the 1 item.

I get a confirmation #

The next day I get an email with a subject line that says ORDER CANCELLED. I open the email it says "Your order #XXXXXXX has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.
Your payment has been refunded.
Please contact our customer support line *******358 if you have any questions or concerns."

What the hell does this mean? What is "UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES"

I email them back and ask what the problem is now.

They email me and say we have assigned a ticket # and send the # and says someone will contact me.

That was 3 days ago.

I REALLY have no idea what to say about this company or their products as in my experience they are impossible to order from.

Im starting my research over again now and trying to find somewhere that sells good cinchers that I can actually order from and that dont take an outrageous amount of time and effort to order from.

OH YEA, AND they took the money off my credit card again for the 2nd time (after it took them a week to refund it the first time) and still have not returned it again yet.

UGH! FRUSTRATING!

This is my 100% honest review. OMG guys i never leave reviews and I decided I need to do better at that. I was looking for where to leave reviews for them. Glad I found this spot.

I just started my online boutique in May and I searched some other vendors but prices were too high. So I came across this site but I was a bit skeptical. Luckily they had a customer service number (good sign) and I called.

I spoke with rep Jenni (i believe that's her name lol). She was very patient and was able to send me pictures etc. Long story short I bought from them and have not looked back ever since. Prices are super on point and the products really are just as they look on picture. So I have no complaints honestly.

They seem to be the only US company that charges about $8 for that type of swimsuit. I tried buying from China once but the shipping cost plus product and then receiving product was not what i expected, so I just decided to stay on since I get customer service, good photos, good and quality price etc. I get more for my money and then the low minimums compared to other US wholesalers.

Let me start off with saying I am not new to trying to find the perfect waist cincher. I have bought many, many, many (about 8) and not one of them worked. Either too long or just bulky. I pulled it out of the box and was super nervous. I immidatly noticed that the fabric was much better quality than the ones from Amazon and Ann Chery. I put this on and it was very very tight, but I continued and am now already on the next row! I love this product.

If i can give them negative stars i would!. I ordered from Oista for the first time on May 22nd 2019 and had so many issues with this vendor from the start. Today is June 12th 2019 and if i would not have called them today this would still not be resolved. I'm just gonna make a list...

1) My order was changed without consulting me. I ordered 3 of each style and they decided to send me only 1 of 1 style.

2) I was sent a ups tracking link (because i choose UPS ground shipping) with a USPS tracking number so i was not able to track my order (no biggie got my order anyways)

3) Received emails from both Oista and Bodyfab Wholesale (same vendor) showing me my order details with different information. One shows that i was getting 3 items of 1 style and the other shows the opposite.

4) Received incorrect item. (which cost less then the one i ordered and did not receive) after contacting them i was told to send an email with a picture of the item received and they would get back. I was advised to send the item back in order for them to send me the item that i had purchased. I asked for a return label because i did not want to pay for shipping cost on an error that was caused by them. I did not get an email back from them so i had to call the next day to have them send me a shipping label.

5) I called today (6/12/19) because i had not received any type of notification of when i was going to receive my correct items. I was placed on hold and then transferred to a warehouse rep. Rep advised that she sent me a refund by my request (never asked for a refund since the item i was missing was the whole reason why i even ordered from them in the first place). I advised her that i was previously told that i would get my items once i send back the incorrect items i had received and expressed all the inconveniences i have had with them and her response was that they already kept me happy by sending me a return label but let me remind you once again that the shipping label was needed because of an error on Oistas part.

6) Horrible customer service. The warehouse women i spoke to started talking over me and kept stating that they have already made me happy and she ended up hanging up on me.

Never ever ordering from them again and if i can save another re sellers time i would. I attached images that support my above statements. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

I bought my non latex cincher from this site and i actually really like the quality. I was a little nervous at first but I heard so many good things about the company so I bought it anyway. I'm glad I did because I am allergic to latex and everyone sells latex. No one sells non latex. Anyway let me stop rambling. Good company.

To be honest I have had nothing but good vibes from this company. When I ordered i got a confirmation email saying order was processed. And then they shipped it that same day which i got within 2 days! I have no complaints. The quality much better in person than in the pictures!

AVOID - WARNING
They posted a wrong size to me. I ordered a size S for my Niece. They shipped a size L.
Outside on polybag the size was even amended, but it did not cause any red flag for them.

Now the company "offer" to accept to exchange, but insist that I have to pay for the return freight / postage to them.

Imagine, they do not want to take any responsibility for their own mistake!

This after many complains unchanged both by email and through a hopeless chat "service".

Use your money elsewhere...

(It does not get any better that is is shipped to Europe..., but that is just another bummer)...

I finally caved and ordered a couple cinchers. Upon opening, the packaging looks as if it is repackaged or as though they just tossed the cinchers into a recycled bag. Not a big deal, just expected that with the amount you pay they would take a bit more care in making the items looks unused. I realized after looking at the labels that I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes and I need to exchange them. So, I did not try them on; they are unused. I called and spoke to a young lady that said I missed the 7 day window to do so. She told me to email customer service and let them know the situation to see if an exception could be made.

I did, but it should be noted that I only missed the window because my small package was left on my neighbors doorstep with her mail and she didn't bring it over until after the 7 day window. Not only did this new "customer service" rep ask for proof that I was telling the truth, but didn't get back to me for two weeks and after I asked how she would like me to prove what happened (my last email included: A written note from my neighbor? A note from my mailman?) they stopped responding all together.

I'm sure their product is great, but I'll never know because they scammed $120 out of me and never gave me the chance to see for myself.

I bought purchased a product from 1800cinchers after see all the reviews here. I will admit i was a little worried but I took the risk that's why I came back to write my review. I bought a latex cincher and Slim Gel. I have been using it for a while now and I actually love my purchase.

I had to leave a review for this company. I also could not find where to leave a review but here. I bought a non latex waist cincher from them, and I am very very happy with my purchase. Although I had to exchange is for a slightly bigger size, I personally did not have a bad experience to be honest. It seems they have improved on their customer service. #justmy2cents

They sent me the wrong size and when I phoned they refused to give me a refund. I have tried phoning five more times and they have not answered. I will be taking legal action against them.

They don't answer the phone. They don't answer emails and when you go to there chat the people on there only use letters for there name. I order two from send them back over 2 weeks and they still don't want to process my refund. I file with BBB and I also contact the attorney general. They stealing from people.

I ordered this workout waist clincher 7 days ago. 1800 Waist Clinchers took the money out of my account right after I ordered this item. I have eagerly been waiting for an email to let me know that my item has shipped, and I haven't received anything. I was about to contact Customer Service to ask them why I hadn't heard from them, but I received an email today (7 days after the order was placed, and the money was taken out of my account), asking if it was ok if they sent me a waist cincher that was another color than what I originally chose. How unprofessional is that? Not only is that very unprofessional, but it means that at this point, they have not even attempted to begin preparing my item to be packaged! I told them that I simply wanted my money back, and I was sent an automated messaged saying that a representative will get to me when my ticket number is chosen to be handled. Wow! What a terrible company. I will let others know not to waste their money with this place! This is not my first time having a issue with them when ordering. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a waist cincher that was on sale for the holiday price. Little did I know that meant it was on clearance.

I returned the order to exchange the product and just found out after being told I could exchange the item, I could not exchange it or get a refund!

I will be calling and speaking with a supervisor ASAP, but I can honestly say my experience has been horrible and feel like I have been lied to. I wouldn't have tried to send back the cincher to exchange it for the right size if I wouldn't get it shipped back unless I pay another $10 for shipping fee or pay the full price and shipping for the right size.

Needless to say, I've been in customer service for over 6 years now and they better figure something out!

I received my vest and it was too big. I even contacted the company to make sure I ordered the correct size. Well, It was too big no room to tighten. I was on the live chat to find out what I needed to do to return the item and what size they suggested. I was on the live chat for 1 hour! Very slow response and next to no answers. I still don't know what size I need and they were not helpful! I chose to use them because they are locally located in Georgia. I was trying to support our own. Learned a lesson from them,, they obviously don't care about their customers or their time! Very disappointed! Will shop else where!

So I couldn't find anywhere to write a review about this website. I ordered a cincher and it did not fit so I exchanged it for another one. The exchange policy you have to get a tracking on sending it back. So I paid to get it shipped out, they emailed me and told me they did not have the size that I needed to come back. So I picked out a different one and the woman said that I would have to pay again to get it shipped back. In which I have never seen a website charge you to send it back. So I asked for a refund and she only said that she could refund me what I paid for the item not for the shipment fees. Which I feel It should be a full refund because of the fact I paid for it to go back. I will never place an order from this website or tell anybody to get anything from here.

I have heard about 1800cinchers for a very long time and they have very good reviews. I know from another company I have bought from 1800cinchers was better. It seems there are haters everywhere you can't please everybody.

I have been doing research about this company and decided to buy from them. I order on Monday and got my tracking number within 24 hours. By Wednesday my product arrived. It was waaaaay better quality. I also see that they do refunds and people have good reviews about them. At least they are better than many other cincher company and they look legit.

My mother and best friend has bought from them too and everyone is fine. I guess you can't win them all. People will always find something to complain about.

I just thought to take time out to write my own review since we all never write reviews when we are happy

I would definitely recommend.

Tip for consumers:
You can reach them by phone if you are not sure. I am glad because their quality is really good. My mother and friend tried them too and they are also happy.
