Old Glory

Unfortunately, this company is not a stand-up company and they are very rude to their customers.
The phone number provided on the website, customer service emails & on the packaging slip are all incorrect.
I had to search Google and came upon other customers with bad experiences online where I was provided the correct number to get in touch with Glory customer service.
This company does not return phone calls.
I have had nothing but issues since ordering from Old Glory.
There were shipping issues from the getgo. When I received the shirts, most were poor quality, and although I ordered all mediums, they were completely different sizes, none of which reflect the description on the Old Glory web page.
I contacted Old Glory to ask about the sizing issue and was told they use several hundred vendors and none of the sizes were true to form.
I asked if they could provide me with shirts made by the three specific companies whose shirts actually fit, and was told there are far too many and that they could not help me.
I asked to return the poor quality shirts and was given an address and told it was my responsibility to pay for the return.
I chose to pay quite a bit for the shirts to be returned in two days with tracking, and although the confirmation from the USPS says my shirts were delivered on Monday, the customer service department has been very nasty and is unwilling to provide confirmation that the packages have been received.
This does not appear to be a "Veteran owned company", but rather a company claiming to be run by veterans but actually run by nasty young people with no concept of accountability or respect. I do not recommend ordering from this company because it is impossible to get in touch with customer service, and when you do they are very very nasty and unwilling to help.

Nice tee shirts and good hand sanitizer. Price of hand sanitizer was 30.00 dollars cheaper then anywhere else I looked. Thank you for not price gouging in this time of need. Appreciate the quick service.

I ordered 3 items online and was charged for my order. Days later company emails that they don't have what I ordered. They didn't refund in full what they charged me. After numerous emails I'm still out the monies they stole from me. Beware of ordering from this company.

This site is guilty of false-advertisement. Don't ever shop here, they make rip-off t-shirts of existing designs. I bought a t shirt from this website and the one they sent me was not at all what i expected. It was a copied shirt that I paid $25 for. The shirt they sent me had a little printed square design on it, where as they advertised in the picture that the design spread across the whole shirt. I was going to order other items but now I know not to because they don't even look the way they are pictured on the site.

My order came quick and everything about it is perfect! I had no issues and everything is great quality!

The site says ethyl alcohol, the label just says alcohol. I'm waiting for a response to my question.
Price was right, fast delivery.

I did great on the the service from OLD GLORY on buying a Harley, 1st time since 2004 and I love it a lot. Great service.

I ordered a john lennon shirt from their ebay store a while back. It came in the mail within a few days. Shirt smelled a bit off. Maybe it was just in their warehouse for a while. Good ship time and reasonable price though.
