Omega Walk

Shipping went without a hitch and I didn't have to pay anything for the shipping, which is one of the reason's why I purchased them! :) They look gorgeous and I am excited to go out and begin to use them. These WILL be my running/walking shoes for getting this almost 70 year young woman back in much better shape! :) Thank you! ;)

I followed suggestion of ordering up, but shoes were still too small. An email to customer service got me a replacement pair for the cost of overseas shipping only. We'll see when they get here...
As a follow up, I received the shoes and have since donated them. The pain after wearing them for one night at my part-time job was so bad, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get to my car. Was almost in tears. Save your $ and buy American products.

Replaced shoes that were too small “at no charge” (had to pay international shipping) and provided advice on sizing.

My shoes don't fit, nor do I find them comfortable, so I emailed the company. There's no simple solution, but here are the three that were given to me: 1) keep the shoes that don't fit and pay to have new ones shipped 2) pay to ship back to China, wait 2-3 months, then pay for a 15% restocking fee or 3) don't send shoes back and get a 30% refund.

You've been warned. I wish I'd read a review like this before purchasing, but all I read were rave reviews about the shoes and company, which I now find insanely odd.

Was worry when I found out shoes were coming from out the country but arrived in about 2 1/2 weeks and they have NOT disappointed! If you have foot, ankle, heel, leg, knee, lower back pain it's is definitely worth a try to relieve your pain. I will definitely purchase shoes again!

I was hesitant about buying these shoes online. I had seen an ad on Facebook. I read the reviews, looked at the price and realized all i could do was see what they were like. Needless to say…. Great purchase! I've spent quite a few dollars buying different "name brand" shoes that don't feel as good on my feet as these.

Order new tennis shoes for work and they turned out to be super comfortable because I'm on my feet all day long. I ordered slippers the following day and they shipped at the same time so that was fantastic. Both my slippers and my shoes came with bonus insoles which I haven't tried yet but it's nice to have a backup

After weeks of waiting for my order, my postman finally arrives with a piece of paper that they are not releasing the shoes because this company put on a fake mailing label and did not pay for shipping and now expect me to pay when the shipping was free and they are refusing to refund my money!

I purchase the sneakers did not know they ran big I ordered 8 need seven and a half

I would like for some one to contact me I need tp send these back noone is even responding

I'd been seeing the ads for the Omega Walk shoes on my Facebook feed and I was admittedly skeptical as I 've always preferred the "try before you buy" method, especially when it comes to footwear.
I was pleasantly surprised to get them and find them unbelievably comfortable and well made, well beyond my expectations!... and at such a great price! I will definitely be ordering another pair!

My feet have really been bothering me but these shoes I wore for an hour and instantly felt my plantar fasciitis ease up.

Easy ordering process, they took longer than I expected to get, my feet hurt the first 3 days I wore them; they've gotten a little better

Didn't realize shipping was from China, it took a long time. The shoes themselves are flimsy and clearly the soles are made of cheap material. They have no traction whatsoever even on concrete or in my own home (think bowling shoes) and have no structural integrity. Meaning they bend and fall off my feet easily.

The colors do match the picture and the sizing wasn't as off as the description says, earning a second star. Thank goodness because after reading emails that I could change the size before it shipped I attempted to and was told this wasn't possible.

I wouldn't mind so much if I'd paid $20. But this isn't what I expected.

They were friendly. However, I specifically got emails saying I could still change the size I had ordered and when I followed the steps to do so was told I could not.

I really love the new omegawalk essentials, its very comfy n my fit, easy to put on and very light weight and will surely buy different color again maybe black or pink. Thank you Omegawalk! :)

Keep up the good work... Making shoes is not an easy feat/ skill or job. SO. When we shop from our friends and relatives from other overseas and other countries purchased products be prepared for that hiccup. Online. Cute and pretty... In person, you maybe disappointed and wished you'd did better researching for your online sneakers/ walking shoes purchases

They offered me the women's size 11, (2 - pair) .. red and purple ankle boots, instead of me returning the women's size 10 sneakers/ walking shoes .. I thought, not bad .. !!! .. And was ONLY more than pleased and happy too pay the $24.00 for overseas shipping and handling

The toes of these shoes are not as wide as the pair I've had for 2 years. Unfortunately I can't wear them and need to return. They are pretty shoes wind more for a person with med or narrow feet

I was a little hesitant when it took 15 days to receive, but it was worth the wait. I love them. They fit great. It can be hard to find a proper fitting size 5 and they are so comfortable. They will be great for my vacation.

I am very happy that I found these OMEGA WALK shoes. I use these sneakers every day. They are very comfortable. The shipping is fast as well. The customer service is superb! I highly recommend!

Was excited to find these shoes, I have knee issues and am on my feet all day for my work shift, basically standing in one place the whole shift. Just got my shoes and they fit fine, will know more when I wear them to work, on putting them on, They run just a smidgen small, but I think will be ok. The most painful part of the whole experience was the shipping and never having any good updates on the tracking. Other than that, so far so good.

They feel light yet durable. With enjoy cushion but not too much arch which is great for how much walking I do!
