I have enjoyed shopping with Oo.com for so long now, and never has there been any problems. I get excited every time I get an email from them. Some people do Facebook, I do Oo.com. For all that I have purchased, I could buy so much more if I had the money. I love everything they sell, and the timeline in which I receive my goods. Nothing is ever broken, and I have never had to send anything back. Best ever.

Product selection is still great with very good offers, delivery times are good and reliable.

Still getting used to the new web site and business model, where brands are not available all the time but promos come and go. I preferred the old site with clear categories rather than having to use the search function, also same products are listed under several links under the categories. It doesn't make them any more special to find the same product under two or three different promotions.

I am an extensive online shopper. Usually happy with OO and their delivery and range of items. However I was supplied the wrong item (girls value pack) instead of the boys one I ordered. I was told I would have an answer within 1-2 business days. 4 days later no update. Feeling frustrated. Wish there was a phone number I could call to get an update. I will send another email today.

I ordered 2 items as Christmas presents for my nieces, to be sent directly to them as they live in the country and I will not be seeing them at Christmas. I deliberately processed each item on a different order with the addressee on each one being the respective niece and 'Merry Christmas' so that each package could just be stored away until Christmas day and did not need to be opened and wrapped. I was disappointed to find that both items were sent in one package addressed only to one of my nieces.

I have recently purchased sheet sets and a queen bed cover and pillow cases and am awaiting delivery but I know they will be well worth the wait. I ordered something from OO (*******) 9 days ago, yesterday I was advised it was never shipped. I was advised via an automated message my order would be shipped today and would take a further 7 days. I requested a refund which still has not been processed. No product - No refund - No Service = Scam

I have the choice of shopping with all the big retailers, they deliver, even express post if I need it. I'd rather shop through Oo.com.au. I've shopped with them numerous times over the years & had excellent service with the best prices every time. It's a trust & convenience thing now that just makes the whole process of shopping easy for me!

I was happy with my first experience till the product arrived and it was faulty. I don't have the time to go shopping so I saw this as an ideal solution however when the product arrived it was faulty. I was offered a refund but I just do not have the time to send items back so I opted for a discount. I think a full refund should have been offered. I'd like to put this experience behind me and hope my other items on order are not faulty.

For the very few times when the item received did not meet description or if delivery was delayed, oo.com.au tried to keep me happy by issuing a small credit for my next purchase or by fixing the order. Their response time to messages is also quite quick. Keep up the good work!

Everything arrived safe, on time, packaged well, and was just as it looked online. Easy to deal with and very happy with the result.

I have no brickbats, only bouquets, for Oo and its service. There is a fantastic range of products offered. Everything I have ordered has been safely delivered in a timely fashion. Site allows plenty of impulse purchases and the check out system is fast and painless. Product description is well layed out and accurate. Stock levels on site are true to inventory. Always a pleasure. Never had to return anything as everything works or lives up to promises.

I was vary of this site but I read reviews and seemed legit. I bought an Xbox one Elite controller on 19th Jan and it's been 7 weeks and still have not received it. I get the same generic answer that it's awaiting delivery from warehouse but not ETA. They won't cancel my order and won't give me a refund. It's such a fraud, take the money and don't deliver.if I don't receive a refund I'll be contacting my bank and department of fair trading. Avoid this site by any means!

My grandson squealed with delight when he unwrapped his ride on quad bike. Rechargeable battery lasted for hours which is a bonus when the little one doesn't want to stop playing.
