Impressive communication. I placed an order and then requested to cancel. Even though it was a weekend, I still received an email confirming my request to cancel, so I wasn't left hanging, wondering whether or not I was going to be charged. They even went one step further and inquired the reason for the cancellation, which I would interpret as an effort to improve customer service. I would deal with them again. I would have liked to know the name of the person I was communicating with.

Why do I have to rate them. 1 is giving too much credit. I ordered a pair of glasses and entered cc information. Received email that I needed to confirm cc information but there were so many incorrectly spelled words I automatically thought of a Nigerian scam. I said oh nooooo, they will not get my info again. Then 12 emails later flooding my inbox and telling them to cancel order they tell me I have to pay Cancelation Fee! What... Like I said scam company. Go back and forth with customer service then later that day 2 online unverified charges $555 and $560.70 that reversed. Thank God for Visa Verified. I will tell everybody OPTICSFAST IS A SCAM COMPANY.

How is this business still open? They sent me abroken frame. Criminal and suspicious people operate this business. They are out of prison. They stole my money. The CEO of this company is a notorious fraudulent person. No star. Avoid avoid even if give things for free. They want money that's all. I have not been able to wear them because of the condition either and they are not fixable when I took them to the opticians.

They charged me $96.99 on 12/10/21 to fix my glasses. On 12/13/21 I received my glasses back NOT fixed. I called many times, sent videos of the glasses not fixed. Sam, the person who claimed to have fixed the glasses sent me insults text messages and told me to stop calling. I have filled a complain with the better business bureau. They are the worse

This is by far the worst company I have done business with. The salesperson, who is also the customer service rep., is so very rude to customers. She hung up on me because I asked her name. I have filed claims against them with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's Office in both New York and New Jersey. If you can, please stay far far away from Opticsfast, if not your will be in the same situation as many of us. UNSATISFIED and FRUSTRATED.

I ordered sunglasses. It was said that she was no longer in stock. I chose a different model. Customs clearance was incorrect and I had to pay 60 customs duties. Countless requests to share the costs were ignored.

I cancelled an order for repair and Optics Fast is charging $9.99 for a shipping label fee. I have not even sent the glasses for repair. Optics Fast is claiming that the cancellation for a repair order has a $9.99 cancellation fee attached on their agreement, which I have not received.
When I have replied to the e-mail requesting a cancellation, I was told
"You contracted our firm for this repair and caused us many backend expenses along with shipping costs and label monitoring costs. If you cancel this repair order and do not send in the eyewear, you will be subject to a $9.99 cancellation fee subject to collections actions as per our TOS contract."

Terrible. Run away from this store. I bought a prada sunglasses and they sent me one with signs of use, without the original lenses, without a case, without certificate of origin and wrapped in plastic. I tried contacting her via phone and email and was met by an aggressive person who did not solve anything. I had to suspend the purchase on the credit card and spend money to return the product and the amount was not repaid despite the employee's information that it would be

This is a BIG SCAM site. This was on CNBC American Greed! Also, stay away from decormyeyes.com. Its run by the same scammer Vitaly Borker (look it up online). Hes in Jail.

Don’t use this site - BIG SCAM - he will steal your credit card info

Not fast at all this is why they are 1 star. Took weeks to get my glasses. Then I had an RX change and the nasty woman kept repeating herself, its not our fault. OK I never said it was. My doctor made an adjustment and I needed new lens. They were rude and the Manager wouldn't even give her name. Felt like I was dealing with another country.

Beware... they might have the glasses you like however they do not stand behind their product they sell. Ordered, received, took to get the glass prescription put in and the frame broke at the bottom, when he was showing how they do it on my old exact frame, he snapped it in and out with no problem. Purchased them because they are so durable. Called customer services and was connected to a very rude service rep, basically told me it was not their fault and they do not warranty their product... will never order glasses on line and certainly not from OpticsFast!

I thought I was ordering Parts. After ship & card info I had to ask how much, it was only then I learned charge was for whole item not parts. I instructed them to CANCEL order - reply was "ok bye". Last email came informing me they were sending item - NO Order Number, NO Cost/Charge info, just email station "we're sending you". Item pictured...
Now I'm faced with item I don't want at a price more than twice that available on Amazon or eBay, and a return policy stealing "restocking fee" and shipping costs.

Do you not work with this company ever. They don't follow what they commit to on their website. If they make a mistake they will charge you for the shipping to fix it. They also repack your glasses so poorly that it shows they just don't care about your business. After they make the second mistake, they respond with an email only saying "OK" and do nothing else about it. I wasted hundreds of dollars and now have unusable glasses. They actually bent my frames as well. This was a mistake working with them and their follow up is horrible.

Posted glasses in 5-6 different colors. I attempted to order 2 pairs (1 of them with a price match but they "no longer have that color"). So I ordered another color. The order went through online and then I received an email that they only have 1 pair in their retail store and there is a $40 fee for pulling them. I told them that is robbery and they need to honor their advertised price. They emailed me that my order was canceled.

We ALL know better but YET we try to use companies WITHOUT vetting them 1st! The lesson is WE need to stop being lazy! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CELL# I gave optic fast my cell... they NOW text me every single morning at 6AM DEMANDING I pay 4 shipping label (THAT I did not ask 4)because I chose to fix else where. According to verizon IT is IMPOSSIBLE to block texts as they use system which is UNTRACEABLE! THREADING to take me to collections 4 unwanted & unrequited shipping label!

We had a pair of sunglasses the manufacture said they wouldn't be able to repair because it was discontinued. We were referred to OpticsFast. They took the broken sunglasses, asked us to send it in the case to protect Them. From that point on I received a continuous barrage of text messages and emails using a dozen different order numbers, different dollar amounts, saying they're repairing it, saying they can't repair it. The story changes daily. They threaten you, I have long since given up on ever seeing those sunglasses again, but they still text me on a daily basis. I used to respond, But they pretend they have no way of but they pretend they have no way of viewing history. They tell you they can't answer the phone because the guy is currently deployed, but all you have to do is do a Google search for Vee BaThey tell you they can't answer the phone because the guy is currently deployed, but all you have to do is do a Google search for V Borker And see that this is an unrepentant ConMan who immediately resumed his operation when he got out of jail the first time and is now running it from prison.

Be aware, you find the model, buy the glasses and all seems ok. Then you get a message that that model is not available any more. If you try to call you will get a RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE woman who shouts and hangs up. Then you will start receiving fraudulent charges to your credit card info. This company is the same as eyewear orders.com. The same woman picks up.

I went online to find a pair of glasses, put them in my cart and proceeded to compare prices on other sites. I get an email from opticsfast saying "we noticed you placed an item in your cart but did not buy them." "Why not?" "We can price match." So, I tell them I saw them on another site for less money. Then Becky (who says she's the owner) proceeds to tell me "You can do that with amazon. No need for me to price match and go through all that." I asked what about price matching. Her response simple "nope!" If that's how they run their business, I will pay double before I ever do business with them.

They had my glasses for over 3 months. Then lost them, then sent me the wrong pair. Then a miracle happened. I turned done their offer of keeping the wrong junk glasses. In order to get my glasses back I had to pay the shipping cost to send the junk glasses back. Dino assured I would receive credit, never happened. The positive worst company, scum scam artists.

They hold your sunglasses hostage until you pay them ransom. The owner is a Ukranian thug who operates this business like the mob.

Do not send in your sunglasses to these idiots - they will scam you and you will never see them again!

Don't deal with this company!--I wrote them to ask a question about getting a part of my pair of glasses repaired, and they didn't answer questions--Asked me if I got my label--which I hadn't at that time--I decided not to use them after a message asking me to be a salesperson--Ever since I have gotten DAILY texts and emails from Becky in Customer Service demanding that I pay $5.49 for a label I didn't want--She just told me she won't stop until I give her my Pay Pal or Credit Card#--They must think a sucker is born every minute! I just filled out the forms reporting them to Better Business Bureau of New York City!

Unbelievably poor experience with this company. I wish I'd seen the reviews before placing my initial order. Luckily, I saw these issues before I actually sent in my glasses to be repaired and avoided the problems I've seen others had--overcharging and the like. If you do fill out this order however there will be an influx of emails like you have never seen. I received at least four a day along with text messages as well. I tried to politely make it clear that there is no way to cancel the order on the website and I would not be sending them in. I have continued to be bombarded with emails for weeks and have had two very nasty exchanges with their customer service team. They've been rude beyond belief, which is what prompted me to write this review. As one example, one agent asked me why I decided to cease my order. I tried to respond that some of the negative reviews had warned me away from their company. I was quite literally asked "9,000 orders and only 300 bad reviews. Do you know how to do math?" All their emails are threatening and aggressive, with one woman telling me she'd send to collections for the $6 shipping label that apparently they require I pay for though they took no credit card info at the start. I'm appalled that such a place as this still exists at all. Whatever you do, go somewhere else!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TWICE I DID AND IT JUST SO HAPPENED MY CREDIT CARDS THAT I USED (DIFFERENT ONES EACH TIME). WERE HACKED... FOR OVER $300 EACH! IT IS NOT A COINCIDENCE! I HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS THAT IT HAPPENED TO OTHERS TOO... THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEIR WORK IS CRAP... MY REPAIR LASTED LESS THAN A MONTH! Fortunately by grace of luck I had my glasses done locally & escaped this scam company. Had I been thinking like you & read the reviews I would never had even given this company my information. Also read their privacy rules. "We may share your personal and demographic information with third-party partners based on your account settings within your communications tab."

I only asked them for a quote & they sent some prepaid mailing label that I am supposed to pay for even though I did not use them. Now they threaten to go to collections for the $4 label. Actually the label is probably free to them because it was never used.

Believe all of us here, run away as soon as possible. Don't let them catch you. This company belongs to Neslé isn't that enough?
