Ordered an electric foot massager. Received nothing but crap. Order No; ******* and package Id PKG*******. Registered my complaint a number of times on their WhatsApp number and email. Received back useless responses via WhatsApp in Urdu using English letters. Pushed the button on their site to call back but never received any call back. Waste of Rs. 1159.00.
Tip for consumers:
They have a confusing refund policy. They wasted lot of my time finding how to contact them and going through their useless unrelated responses.

The most important thing for me was that the item itself looked just the same it was on the website photo. It was delivered in perfect condition and on time.
I am a girl who likes to try new fashion and cosmetics as soon as they launch and for that I use many many online websites as it is not possible to visit every brand outlet physically. I had ordered today i have received but color is different so they sent wrong color. I don't like this service if you don't have that color simply inform me this color is not available without inform me sent the other color. I have selected blue color and they sent me hot pink.
