My experience was strange. I placed the order and shortly got an email saying the item was backordered about 6 week. Then, less than an hour later I got another message saying that it shipped! Its since come in the mail and is in great shape. Obviously a quick mix up but otherwise PartsVu was great.
I ordered a Yamaha tach 8 days ago, it's been over a week and I didn't receive a tracking number so I called today, sounds like the Yamaha tach that I ordered was out of stock so they had to order one from Yamaha, even when I bought it said they had in stock Now they don't know when they will receive the tach and I have to add 5 to 7 days for them to ship it to me Terrible business! Never buying again from here

Part numbers were clearly listed which helped me choose the correct part. They arrived on time and with instructions. Very smooth process.
Order arrived on time. Never have had any issues with PartsVu. Shipping price was reasonable. I would like to see PartsVu website show inventory levels of their parts. This can avoid ordering out of stock items and having to check (by phone or email) to see if any of your parts are going to be delayed. Showing "In Stock" quantities (ships within 24 hours), ships in 2-4 days (obtained from an outside warehouse), and "factory backorder-expected delivery in xx days" can be very helpful.
