I love payne! The glasses are good quality and cheap prices. I have ordered several pair and will definitely continue. My only complaint is The offered free glasses of the day... I can't take advantage of the this because my prescription does not qualify for the lenses at 1.56 I think you should provide at least a discount once a year on the that. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with all of my purchases.
I purchased the no risk warranty and have been trying to return my glasses for about 2 weeks now. This is my first bi-focal lens and I am having trouble with the lens. My issue: I keep getting emails from various customers service reps asking me questions. There is no continuity and why is it so hard to instruct me in how to send my glasses back. I can't find a number to call neither.

My first online purchase of single vision glasses and I was so impressed by the quality and price, I ordered 2 more pairs! I can actually get "fun" frames that I normally wouldn't purchase because they are so affordable. And I don't have to freak out about possibly breaking them when doing yard/farm work. Yes, I am that hard on my eyewear. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I've probably ordered 20 pairs of glasses from Payne for myself, and another six or seven for my kids. The prices are fantastic, they arrive in a couple of weeks, and the prescription has been spot on every single time. I've ordered readers, computer distance, regular distance, and bifocal, as well as progressives, and every single one has been perfect vision wise. I'll keep coming back for years!

I'm not sure how I came across this sight but I am so glad I did. The entire process was easy, communication was great and my glasses arrived earlier than expected! I'm blind as a bat got my glasses today and I'm in a whole new world. Will be buying more pairs for myself and my daughter very soon. I've always loved using Payne for all types of glasses. Any time I'm complimented on them, I send the person Payne! I know I can trust the product & that I will receive it efficiently. I've spent hundreds on "better" frames & received the same quality from Payne when choosing something similar at a much lower cost.
I like to choose unique items that can be styled easily. I also know that the higher quality lens will last much longer for me.
It has been amazing since I ordered my very first pair back in 2017. I spent 2 hours finding the glasses I wanted then the credit card form wouldn't take my credit info so I went through the same process on my computer, it worked. Still, somehow I ordered blue block lenses when I only selected clear regular lenses, so I spent more than I intended. I wanted to correct the mistake but couldn't find a way to do that on your site. I'm hoping it will be worth it.

Fun, affordable
We've now ordered over 10 pair of prescription glasses/sunglasses and we have not had one issue with a single pair! We've still spent less on over 10 pair than we spent on my husband's one pair from the eye doctor! Also, my daughter has pretty unique glasses from our eye doctor and we found a pair from Payne that nearly look identical and they were $280 less! We only get our glasses through Payne Glasses now!
Equally as good of quality as the ones sold at the eye doctor but cost hundreds less! A much better variety of frames to choose from!
Ive ordered 3 pairs from Payne.The glasses were fun to shop for with the try on feature. They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses easy to figure out the ordering process. They ship faster than what the description says if you choose standard delivery. Two out of three deliveries I could see the entire process including tracking. I get so many compliments on my large " granny glam" glasses that i got. So affordable i could order a few pairs at a time still cheaper than the eye glass store.
Easy to order online. It looks good material and nice style but the sight its not accurate as the glasses done for me in a ophthalmology clinic.
These frames came in very quickly, they're huge if you're looking for something big but the metal is thin but it doesn't feel fragile.
I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Payne. All have been very satisfactory. The only problem I have with all three is that they want to fall off when I bend over. No matter though, considering the price for these from Payne or having them made through an optometrist office, they are worth every penny! As far as vision, they seem to be just right. I will continue to order from Payne.

Ordered a stock glasses with not RX never worn when I realized I do not need. Requested refund and was told 50% back and I pay shipping. Why bother.
Very disappointed and would not recommend. If you choose to work with them read the fine print as a 50% restock seems excessive.
