I've just ordered a Rog 7 ultimate and can't believe how well priced it was. The competitor is absolute gouging for the model selling it for up to TWICE AS MUCH! I've picked up a Nubia Red Magic 6, Rog 5, Huawei P90 and a Huawei P60 back in the day. The shipping has been flawless every time. I was unlucky with the Rog 5 and got a lemon with a known camera glitch - they took it back and refunded me, no questions asked. 10/10 will not buy a phone anywhere else online!

Initially, i got a response of apologies from Alex, Constantine and Milan at different occasions with a promise to send my second phone ASAP. Till date, I have written several mails to their email addresses but no response. Also, I have called several times but no one responded to my calls. I am becoming to suspect the company as a scam. This is an unpleasant experience with PDA PLAZA and have vowed not to recommend any customer to them. I do not run people or their business down but believe in fair treatment to customers. I am waiting for them to respond to my last email of Jan 7,2024 on when my second phone will be delivered before i report them to the office of consumer affairs, Canada and other Social Media Handles to help me on this case.

I have not received a refund that was supposed to be processed over a month ago. I asked for a refund on December 11th. Marc Andre agreed it would be processed. It is now January 9th and they have been ignoring my emails and not responding. Reason for the refund was a cancellation on a iPhone 15 pro that took forever to ship. It was never shipped. I still have not received my refund.

PDA Plaza never refunded my order which was cancelled. I have now to go through PayPal to dispute the charges. What a hassel and buyers be aware.

Phone received was "not as described" (Order #PDA*******). They sent me different version which I did not order. More over the factory sealing appeared broken and then resealed three times on the top of the original one. See the photo. Buyer beware!
Of course I immediately requested refund (RMA#*******). They promised in writing to refund the return shipping cost which never happened. Despite of multiple attempts to reach them via email or via their "Contact us" form they just do not reply.
Marc-Andre Leroy, do you remember what you promised? You received the phone on Jan. 12,2024. How long does it take for your back office to issue a $75 refund for return shipping? And be more specific about your definition of "within the timeframe" - a month, a year? When do I get my money back?

I wanted to order an OPPO phone then changed my mind to wait for the fold 5. I emailed them and at first they were very understanding and said that the refund would take 7 to 10 business days. I notified them of this May 8th and it is now June 13th, no money yet. I have sent an email nearly on a daily basis and there is always an excuse to push back the refund.
I am wondering at this point will I ever get my money back or is this site a scam?

I recently ordered a phone from pdaplaza, I was going to order from swiftronics but pdaplaza had a sale on. About a week later I get an email saying my order was cancelled because of an issue with the credit company that was offered to defer the payment, ok that sucks but nothing the shop could have done I thought, so they offered me the same discount and I ordered again. 15 to 25 days shipping they said which I find horrible but ok. 30 days later and my phone is still not even shipped and when I email them again to ask about it, I find the order cancelled again. I don't get it and it's frustrating being belief. The same day I dday forget it and order the same phone from swiftronics and got it THE NEXT DAY. This after struggling with pdaplaza for almost2 months. The only reason for the 1 star was that they were fairly responsive with answering my questions but I will not be using pdaplaza again.

Update: the response from pdaplaza below makes it seem like my phone was ready to be shipped 5 days late (I have no idea if that is true or not) but all I had to do was order a 3rd time... Really? 3 orders for the same device? Is that really what you expect a customer to do? Also the first order did not go through because of the 3rd party credit company, which I understand was not the fault of pdaplaza, but with the 2nd order it was full payment with my credit card so it could not be my fault since I was able to pay swiftronics the next day without issue with the same card. Also I find the sarcastic comment about paying more at swiftronics hilarious. Let me tell you I would rather pay more and actually get my device than pay less and get absolutely nothing but a headache.

2. You bought the same phone for $265 more in Swifttronics. The full price on our website is less than theirs and we would also ship it next working day. But you preferred to get it on sale.

So I ordered my phone, and waited until the end of the period they said it'd be delivered in. Sent them a couple emails, just to find out what was going on. They always replied courteously and within 24h. There were a few extra days of wait, but a pristine device exactly as described showed up and I'm happy as a pig in mud. Shout out to Milan, who was pleasant to deal with all the way through.

Tip for consumers:
I suspect it's a 1-2 person show, and they are ordering the items from overseas; expect it to take a while, but you get what you ordered.

Ill keep it short. Got a global phone, shipping took 35 days to arrive (and cost shipping lol). Phone was great, later found the phone much cheaper on other sites, oh well already have the phone. I had an issue with the screen, the film under the screen damaged, and contacted them probably 25 different times. All to be replied back to anywhere from 2 - 9 days each reply. Also asked me to repeat the issues i had every other email, wasting my time and trying to ignore my issue and not deal with me. Horrible service, pathetic. Finally they would agree to help fix my screen under the phones actual warranty, and wanted me to ship the damn phone to china! Shipped, took 2 months with out a phone, only to be returned with absolutely nothing fixed. I was gonna buy a replacement (with no discount or compensation) from there until i found the same phone $300 cheaper elsewhere (wirelessplace - with free 2 day shipping). Not professional. Any negative review you will see instead of owning up as a company they actually argue on the internet with disgruntled customers, as if 15 year olds are running this business.

1. There were no delays with your shipment, you ordered an item that ships within 15-25 business days.

2. After months of usage, you contacted us to help you with the phone's screen, and we provided the address to the repair station in China where this model comes from.

3. The package didn't reach the repair station because you did not ship it properly, which is why it returned back to you.

4. Indeed, the phone is now much cheaper as it has been almost a year since you purchased it.

1. Quick reminder - you bought an item that ships within 15-25 business days after purchase, but you were the one who decided to pull the plug and cancel.
2. We let you know that the refund would be processed by June 19. So your "they do not refund" claim doesn't really make much sense. Last time we checked, today's date isn't even June 19.
3. We reply to all emails and calls. In fact, you talked with one of our reps just a couple of hours ago by phone. So don't lie.

I ordered a phone on December 29th, and it was going to take a while to ship. That was fine, but unfortunately, before that date, my current phone stopped working, so I needed something more quickly.

I emailed to request an order cancellation and Milan was very accommodating, stating that his boss approved the cancellation and that it would take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. 11 days later, there was still no refund, and my order status hadn't changed. I contacted them to inquire and Milan promised that the refund would be done "tomorrow." Unfortunately, that day came and went, and there's still no refund. I e-mailed to inquire about this and ask for a transaction ID, and have so far received no reply.

I suggest people avoid this company, as I was very prompt in making my payment and they were very prompt in taking my money, but now they're dragging their feet and trying to avoid refunding me or at least shipping the originally ordered product if they refuse to return my payment.

EDIT: Moments after posting this review, the order was cancelled and and Interac e-transfer was returned to me; so I'm neither sure why they have the 7-10 day refund policy (and why so many people have issues getting refunds) when it can be done quickly.

Tip for consumers:
Definitely be okay with long processes for both shipping and refunds if you should need one. They do offer some fantastic prices, but there is a long wait for some phones, and if you do need to cancel or return an item, there will be a hard fight for a refund.

If you want to buy something and wait for forever go ahead and order.they always give you certain day and they can't keep it for shipment.and it happens more than several times for one same order.no responsibility at all for the delay.if you order and don't care if it comes in 3 months or 4 months you can consider.not recommended at all.

I wish I didn't have to come on here to provide my input but this is getting far out of hand.

Here's what happened:

I made a purchase of the Xperia 1 V on May 15th, 2023.

I cancelled an order before it was shipped on May 30th, 2023. They replied promptly the same day saying that they have cancelled the purchase and will refund me within 15 business days.

I followed up with them on June 20th, 2023 because I didn't received my refund yet. They replied promptly saying my refund will be process that week Friday.

I followed up with them on June 29th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. They replied the next day saying their interac has a monthly limit and they will process my refund the first Tuesday next month.

I followed up with them on July 10th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. They replied the same day saying it'll be in my PayPal account tomorrow.

I followed up with them on July 14th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. No response.

I followed up with them on July 17th, 2023. They responded saying it'll be done tomorrow morning ASAP.

I followed up with them on July 28th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. They responded to me same day saying it'll be processed tonight.

I followed up with them on August 8th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. They said it'll be processed tomorrow.

I followed up with them on Sept. 4th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. I got a response on Sept. 5th, 2023 saying it'll be processed tomorrow.

I followed up with them on Sept. 7th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. They said it'll be manually done on the weekends.

I followed up with them on Sept. 15th, 2023 because I didn't receive my refund yet. They said they'll check next week.

I followed up with them on Sept. 22nd. No response.

I followed up with them on Oct. 2nd. No response.

I followed up with them on Oct. 6th. They said it'll be processed tonight.

I followed up with them on Oct. 20th. No response.

As of late November, I've gotten no response while I've been emailing them through their "Contact Us" page and their other email they use to respond to me... when they did respond. I've also had my girlfriend email them and she got a response the next day while I'm trying to call them and email them but I hear nothing.

I've also tried calling them a few times. I got a hold of them once or twice but they couldn't do anything other than say that they will talk to their team about this issue. Getting a hold of them has been ridiculously difficult. At one point, I called them nearly every hour during a work day and always got an automated message. Maybe I have bad luck getting a hold of their line. Maybe their line is always busy and this is a non issue. Maybe I'm blacklisted but I've gotten tired of trying to get a hold of them through their phone line.

It's now been nearly half a year since I've been waiting for my refund and more than a month since my last email to them and got no response.

I don't know what to do anymore. It really feels like I'm put at the very bottom of the list and they are just holding my money. If I received the phone and they are waiting to get the phone back before issuing the refund, that's understandable. The issue here is that I cancelled my order before it was even shipped and I still haven't gotten my refund.

I see PDAPlaza responding to some negative reviews so hopefully they see this and actually work with me to address this instead of saying "It'll be processed tomorrow" or "You'll get your refund soon".

I want my refund ASAP or else I'll have to take legal action. This is really unacceptable that I have to write a scathing review in HOPES that I get a response from them because I definitely am not getting any proactive updates from them through email or phone.

It pains me to give them a negative review because other than this situation, every other time I've interacted with them has been great. I've even returned a phone back to them and they provided me a refund quickly so I don't know what is happening here.

Tip for consumers:
They seem to ignore people who are owed refunds. I wish this wasn't the case but this is what they are showing. Their customer service when it comes to refunds is terrible.

If you want to waste your time miserably passing up offers waiting for the item that will never arrive, this is the company for you. I pay via paypal and the payment expired twice after so much time passed. And the dates that they tell you were never true, only time runs until the payment expired for the second time and I ended up buying elsewhere

Why didn't you show the emails that we sent you where we noted that Apple is having delays with the new models and we're expecting them at a later date? You agreed to wait.

Why didn't you show the emails where we noted that we don't charge you until the goods are shipped? You acknowledged it.

It's easy to cherry-pick emails and turn the story into whatever you want because you are upset at Apple isn't supplying this model globally.

P.S. If you're saying that we're scammers, then why are you also upset at us that we didn't take your money? Use your brain.

BUYER BEWARE: Lack of customer service from PDA Plaza. Very poor service, I requested to cancel my order on Dec 4th which they agreed to do and now on Dec 22nd that have not canceled and refunded my money and won't reply to my emails or answer their phone. Avoid using PDA Plaza at all costs. They will not help you or give your money back. Now it seems I have to contact Better Business Bureau or take them to small claims court to get my money as they will not refund it or answer me back at all

You took a substantial loan from PayBright to purchase multiple smartphones and then cancelled at the last minute. You were not even charged a single dollar yet.

We discussed and explained to you by phone call yesterday that PayBright is cancelling the transaction, but it might take a bit longer due to the holidays as their techies are overwhelmed.

We answered your emails, and you even spoke with us just yesterday. No need to exaggerate and hyperventilate, PayBright is cancelling the transaction this week.

I order and paid in full on Dec. 12,2022. Milan (person representing the company) said the product was going to be shipped on Dec 28. Never did...keep giving excuses that he was not receiving from customs, and finally on January 30,2022 said he was not going to ship it. He was supposed to refund the money on Friday Jan. 27, finally after several emails, he refunded the money on January 31th, 7 and a half weeks after he received the initial payment. PDA plaza is not BBB accredited.

Do not use PDA Plaza, don't waste your time and money.

Products used:
Nothing, the company never shipped the product. After 7 1/2 weeks he finally said he is not going to ship anything.

I ordered Asus rog 5 ultimate. Paid the full amount via email e transfer. After 1.5month they say they still need time for the phone to be shipped. So i asked them to refund my money as i couldn't wait any more. They said they shall return my $2000 in $400 installments every week due to some interact limit. Its been three weeks since and i only got 400 back after begging them. Please donot buy anything from them. Im going to consumer court

Just wanted to give people a heads up. I've yet to receive my order after the second attempt of purchase. First time fell through due to some error through PayPal. The item in question is a Xiaomi 13 Ultra, purchased on July 3. It wasn't until the 25th day when I decided to reach out and ask for a status update. They had cancelled my order and apologized for it. They were not sure what happened but they said they would honor my previous purchase date and original purchase price if I repurchased the phone again within a couple of days. Which I did, that night after some misunderstandings through email on my end. Marc-Andre was cordial and prompt in his messages, even as far as sending me a message outside of their normal operating hours. Something I appreciated of course. Not necessary of course since everyone is entitled to their time after work. But that's beside the point of all this. Above and beyond in my initial dealings and for this minor error. The repurchase date was August 4.

I noticed that I was not charged on my PayPal and was curious about an update status to the order, so I messaged again on Aug 17. I was not sure of whether my order was processed or even what the whole process itself entailed. So I asked for some details again via email to hopefully receive more information than "we expect to receive and ship your order next week". I did receive a message again from Marc-Andre. Cordial and prompt as usual. An apology for the delay and then gets a little more specific saying it would be coming on Wednesday the next week. I did see that they charge my credit card through PayPal on the 20th, but Wednesday comes and goes with no update from their end. The next time I send another email asking for an update status they say they should be shipping it out on monday the 28 and I would receive the device on the 29. I'm a little more worried and slightly frustrated by this point. I'm generally a patient person, but at this point it's reaching a second span of the 15-25 day delivery time from my second attempt of this purchase. I sent an email relaying my concern, which may have been a little more forward than I normally get, on Tuesday since I did not receive an email regarding the tracking number, indication of shipment, or any indication of a tertiary delay to my second attempt at this order. My concern as a customer is in regards to the lack of detailed information regarding the status of my order and the failure of proactive notification of the delays and cause for delays in shipment. I am still currently waiting for my order to come through. It may seem off at this point but it seems my best option was to put up a notice of this stature in order to be recognized for more details. I have not received an email from Marc-Andre or PDAplaza in regards to this as of yet, as it has only been a couple of days. However, I hope to receive some form of email with an understanding of this situation. As I've said I'm not sure how the process for procurement of these devices go, but I would like to see this story come to a happy ending with the fulfillment of the order and a lesson learned for future growth.

I bought a phone from this site with the hopes of finding a new phone site to shop at from now on. I used to write cell phone reviews back in the day and I'm now an avid cell phone collector.

I have bee waiting for this phone for over 2 months now with the site saying 15-25 business days when I bought it, the same product is on their site with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days right now...

I will change the rating if I get the phone soon in brand new condition of course. Otherwise I will have to cancel the order and contact the credit card company and Paybright to let them know what's going on here.

Not happy.

Tip for consumers:
I'll let you know more if I actually get the product I paid for, soon. It's been over 2 months and still no product. I will contact credit card company and paybright if I don't receive soon as it seems very sketchy right now with such a long wait time.

I had ordered the Xiaomi 12S Ultra on October 5th, 2022 with full payment by interac. The phone arrived on November 23rd well a month after their published arrival date. I had indicated that I was going to be on the road and needed the phone before. The agent Milan kept in touch during this period and gave me the usual reasons that the phone was delayed (supply issues, transportation delays etc.).

Finally when the phone arrived, it was not configured in English and I had no choice but to send it back. This I did promptly on November 24th.

Even after their assurance that the refund would be made, I have yet to receive it (January 12th, 2023). First it was their daily limit, silence for 2 weeks without responding to my emails. Again I get this email from Constantin and Milan (not sure if these are their real names) that the refund will be made in 24 hours. It has now been 45 days and counting without seeing any refund amount.

I have no choice but to pursue legal options at this point. To anyone considering doing business with this group, please reconsider.

I get all my phones for all of my family at PDA Plaza, been ordering here for years. They have the hardest to find devices from Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi and all the latest sexiest foldables, for the best prices in Canada. It is true, you will wait a bit as you need to order first and then they'll get shipment from overseas to their HQ, where they'll then ship to you. But I've always had great dealings with them and the customer service has been always top notch. Highly recommend and hope to pick up a foldable next.

Be aware of the shipping time. They're very clear and up front about it. Have patience!

My nephew ordered a Smartphone on Jan 9,2023 and PDA not ship out more than 2 weeks after fully paid the fee.
Emailed to customer service and asking for cancellation of order. On Feb 2,2023, Milan confirm the order was cancelled and refund might take 5 business days to process as stated in PDA Terms of Use 3.9.
Today (Apr3,2023, 2 months after order cancellation), the refund is still not receive. My nephew was contacting customer service for more than 5 times in the past to inquire and Milan always promised that the refund would be done next business day. However, no refund has been done and PDA is not keeping his promised which stated on the Terms of Use.
I would suggest people seriously consider before placing an order on PDA even their price is vey attractive.
