I havent purchased any service but you really cant tell they have professional service in their blood.

I purchased a used custom 1993 Chevy Indy Pace Pickup that had a solid, tilt-up bed cover on it. However, I wanted to use the truck to haul my Triumph Bonneville motorcycle to various events and track days, so that bed cover solution was not practical. After doing some Internet research I settled on the Peragon cover. I was able to install it myself with the included instructions and helpful online videos. Its design allows me to have my bed covered and secured for most daily driving and uses, and yet able to be easily removed when I need to transport my motorcycle. It has held up well through Chicago winters and keeps things relatively dry underneath. I have recently decided to repaint the truck and have the auto body shop paint the Peragon cover to match. Peragon is helping me with that process as well.

I purchased a used 2015 F-150 with a peragon cover on it. The cover did not operate smoothly and I was about to throw it in the trash. My wife noticed the price online and how pleased owners seemed to be with them. I then gave their customer service a call and spoke with Jason. I explained my issues and he knew exactly what the problem was. He had me adjust the rails and ramps and after 5 minutes the cover was operating smoothly. Outstanding!

Tile says it all! There are products that do the same at a fraction of the price and they still can't get it to you in a reasonable time.

This tonneau cover is great. Better or equal quality and design to upper echelon covers on the market but at a much cheaped price point. Installation was easy and took about an hour to instal solo. Amazing step by step videos for installation. Will purchase again for any future trucks I own.

I had a small dent caused by the shipper, PERAGON CONTACTED ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT! WOW. The cover is great, the customer service is GREAT! This is the second cover I have purchased from Peragon, so I obviously like the product. I was blown away by the companies integrity. It's good to see that there are still good people in this world.

I was on my third truck bed cover when, fortunately, I came across Peragon's website while searching online. I watched a few videos and was convinced. It came shortly after my purchase and installation was easy.

My Peragon Truck Cover is outstanding. I recently needed a rear seal and Peragon Support helped me solve my problem in a perfessional and concerned manner. L was very pleased with the service they provided.

I have had this cover for 3 years on a 2011 F150,5.5' bed. I think it looks and works great. I lost one of the small rubber pieces that goes on the back earlier this year and Peragon sent me a replacement for free. Highly recommended.

I bought this cover for 2017 f 150 after a year i am writing the review. It was easy to install and looks good.It started to leak after six months and i try to contact them. There is no reply from them. It is leaking between the joints. Nothing i can do with this other than use it. After they sell their product no customer service. I paid over 1000$ this one and now is the waste of money. Anyone need more information you can reach me *******@yahoo.com thanks fo the good looking bad product. I will post this one google and bbb

I was looking for a cover for my Chevy 2500HD High Country and I admit I was skeptical about this cover while I was researching and watching the videos. But I thought, why not give it a try. With the best return policy Ive ever seen,, how could I lose.
Turns out my skepticism was squashed when I received the 2 packages in near perfect condition, which equals careful, quality packaging.
I read the enclosed instructions and watched the install videos and started the process. Nothing could have been smoother and as easy. It took a few hours out of my Sunday afternoon and my truck bed was covered.
Ran into 1 minor issue and the support staff resolved it with one email and instructions.
I would recommend this company and their product to anyone looking for a great cover with phenomenal customer service. Best of all they are made in America!

After nearly a month of research, I pulled the trigger on a Peragon cover for my new 2015 Ford F-150. Security and quality were my most important features, so this cover with the stainless steel lock and sleek black aluminum were quickly at the top of my list. And the price point is amazing! I installed my cover two weeks ago and am thrilled with how easy it is to use and how great it looks. The manuals and videos are exceptionally well done, and their attention to detail and pride of workmanship are evident in the cover, the materials, the videos and in their customer support. This cover looks great on my 2013 F-150! The install was very straight forward and the instructions were very easy to follow. There are also several YouTube videos that can be referenced prior to and during the install process. Highly recommend adding the Dual Deadbolt and Tailgate seal kit to finish this cover off. I was looking for a good cover for my Tundra but didn't want a cheap plastic one or a full one piece that's so hard to remove and found this online. Peragon shipped it quickly and installation was easy. I had a couple of questions regarding the installation and the support team was excellent. The best thing about it is it's a great price and made in the USA. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality cover.

Planned to take my truck on a road trip on July 15th, but don't have a cover for my bed to protect luggage, etc. Read a lot of good posts and reviews about Peragon covers so I went to the Peragon website to place my order on July 1st. Made my selections and discovered the cover wouldn't be available to ship until July 17th. Crap.

I found a post on this forum by the Peragon company president Heath Copp in which he asked another forum member to PM him about discount extended to forum members. I took a shot in the dark and sent him a PM explaining my problem. He replied early the next day and extended not only the forum discount, but also a law enforcement discount and priority shipping to make sure I get my cover before my trip.

I placed my order over the phone on July 3rd and was promised the cover would ship no later than July 10th so I would have time to install it before I leave. I received the cover on July 8th (two days prior to the promised ship date) and installed it today. Install was a breeze with the help of the online video tutorials and the product quality is outstanding!

Definitely recommend this product for anyone searching for an affordable bed cover and top notch quality and customer service!

I purchased a Peragon truck bed cover for my truck via their website directly from them. Once I ordered I was told my bed cover would take almost 2 months to ship! I called and spoke to Jacob from sales and support and advised he was unable to ship it out sooner and suggested I cancel the order. Looks to me like customer acquisition is not important to them. I still wanted the cover so I got an email from Jason that he was able to ship it out a month from time of purchase which is still a long time but interesting how they were magically able to shave a month off, again he suggested if I didn't want to wait that long to cancel the order; I guess thats their favorite slogan " If you can't wait over 2 months, too bad just cancel" terrible customer service. I felt that as a customer I was being pushed out so that's what happened I ended up going with another brand and I cancelled my order so I ended up taking their advise. Then all you get is a email that my order was cancelled but no specifics on how and when I will get my money which they have held hostage for a few weeks now. Terrible company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction. There are hundreds of truck bed covers with same or better quality than Peragon, that actually cares about their customers. Ended up going with a TrailFX great cover and superior customer service.

I chose this product because it is constructed completely out of aluminum and locks to protect anything I may have in my truck bed from theft. During the installation they were always available on the phone for any questions I had. The cover I purchased works very easily and has done well with the extreme temperature changes here in the Northeast. I have been completely satisfied with the product as well as their customer service. I would use this company again if necessary.

Purchased my cover in 2009 and have installed on two General Motors pickup trucks without complication. After traveling over a total 100,000 miles the cover still functions like new. I replaced a roll-top tourneau cover with the Peragon product. It is much stronger and more durable. Has less vibration and noise at highway speeds, and has not faded in the southwest desert sun unlike my original roll-top cover. I would highly recommend this product to all new users!

Like this type cover to be available for custom installers. I have found installing my cover to be less than simple. Now the wife is complaining. Should not have gone this route.

I have owned my Paragon cover for just over two years. I have a line Specialty Foods and sell them at farmers markets and Festivals. I looked at several brands of covers, all of them being the lift up type, before a fellow vendor showed up with the Peragon cover on his Pick up. I knew right than that this was the cover for me. It is very versatile, I can cover and protect my products from the elements as well as secure them when I have to do over night motel stays. I lock it up and never had a problem. I live in a rural town in Nevada, we travel many dirt roads in high summer temps and temps in single digits in the winter and the covers keeps on ticking. I do have lube the rails periodically, but that's it! That small amount of maintainence, is well worth it to me to have the option of hauling high loads, such as refrigerators as well lower profile loads.

Had mine for 7 years mostly highway and now I drive a bit of gravel to the new house. The cover came apart and after contacting the company I was informed that I had to remove and reinstall the cover. This thing has a lot of parts and now that a half mile of gravel is in the future I am removing it for Al scrap. It is a lot of money to pay for something that fall out of adjustment this easily. Besides it is not water proof.

I have had my peragon bed cover for the last two years. I have enjoyed every minute of it with the ability to secure my gear in the bed of my truck. I am a professional firefighter and have to go from station to station with my gear. The security of my retractable bed cover give me the ability to leave it in my truck without worrying about it being stolen. I would recommend this bed cover to anyone that's in the market.

We bought our Peragon Truck Bed Cover 1-1/2 years ago and have loved the peace of mind that comes with it. When traveling, we are able to pack up our truck with all our treasures and hit the road knowing no one can see what we are hauling. We purchased the extra dual deadbolt locking system and have peace of mind to be able to go into a big city or a tourist attraction and not be worried about our belongings. We wanted not only a product that looked great and not like an add-on, but provided functionality and versatility as well. The sleek design, the ability to open and close the cover in order to have the truck bed exposed was what we were looking for.
