I've been dealing with PingPongly on an order I placed in April; hoping to get it in time for Father's Day. They said they would refund my money after they violated the terms of their own shipping agreement, sent me an email saying I had been refunded, and then later said they would not issue the refund. I never recieved the product either. Buyer beware.

Just when I'd given up waiting for my order to arrive and decided it was a scam, it turned up! Product was as advertised. To be fair I ordered during lockdown and it was shipped from China where it sat for several weeks/months.
They took my $50 and the only thing I've received is emails. Pathetic little notes saying how sorry they are that they kept my money and delivered nothing in return. Jails are full of people who are sorry they screwed others. I hope they end up there. Thieves.

Here is my shipping experience:
So I ordered from here on the 12th of May 2020 and only received it on the 17th of June 2020. So the shipping took quite a while, but it did eventually come. Now, I must mention that I live in South Africa and the couriers and Post Office isn't the best in South Africa but it still should've come sooner. I must also mention that I ordered this during the Covid-19 crisis. So that must have delayed it somewhat.
Ok, here is my product experience:
So when I first unboxed it I noticed the first thing, the boxes were all a bit beaten and it looked like it may have been opened and then resealed. But that didn't worry me too much. When I unboxed the Automatic Robot Server, everything seemed good. There were no damages and it seemed to be good quality but as I was building the Robot Server, I realized that it doesn't include any Ping Pong Balls. The Automatic Robot Server was supposed to include 10 balls. So that was a disappointment. So I went on the unbox the other two Retractable Net Packages. I opened both of them and I received 2x Retractable nets like I was supposed to, but they didn't seem to be good quality. I also received 4x Ping Pong Bats and they also seemed to be of low quality. And there was nothing else in both boxes! It was supposed to include 6x Ping Pong Balls and also a free Retractable Net Carrier/Bag. So in total, 16 Ping Pong Balls were missing and also the carrying bag was also missing. On top of that, they weren't even good quality. To my relief, the bats still functioned OK and the Retractable Nets worked fine. But they still seemed to be made of cheap materials.

Tip for consumers:
It is a legit website and you will eventually get something like what you ordered.
But it is low quality and will probably have missing parts/pieces/items.
So from my experience, just don't buy from here. Instead, try and find a familiar product on Amazon.
