After a very quick order confirmation, I have been waiting for the last 8 days for my order to ship, despite the store's promise that within two days I will receive the tracking number. All further emails to customer support were left unanswered, leading me to suspect a possible scam. Just google "PINKBASIS scam" like I should have done... Shop at your own risk!

Pinkbasis.com is obviously a scam. I purchased a few items from them over three weeks ago and received no emails, even when I asked a question. Finally I opened a PayPal dispute and was emailed that my order had been placed on back order. They gave me many shipping dates and NONE of them actually happened. You can never get anything but an answering service which hangs up on you and so you can't cancel your order. Do not do buy anything from this company; the prices really are too good to be true. You will pay a cheap price for something you'll never get.
I ordered for dress from this company and noticed it was ripped around the arm and it had a stain on the back. I sent it back for a refund and had an email back stating that i had done the damage so i would not get a refund. I was appalled that i was accused of doing the damage and that i was not telling them the truth. I have neither a costume or refund now. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.
