Pixels Logo Design

Make your logo or graphic, then threaten you with a cease and desist to get you to pay $1000+ for a $250 trademark. Yikes.

TOTAL SCAM! We paid for a website and got a half-finished $20 template that they downloaded from another site. Then, when we asked them to finish, they tried to extort more money from us to complete what we had already paid for. I'm not sure, based on all of the other reviews which show this company as a scam (check Yelp and Google), how they have not been shut down but we are planning to contact the state attorney general's office in our state to see if we can do just that. My advise, stay as far away from Pixels Logo Design as possible!

I'm writing this review because I received an email from Pixelslogodesign asking for a 5 star rating on this site... There is no chance this company would get a 5 star review from me.

I opted for infinite revisions on my logo, the first 3 designs they sent were pretty bad, I went with the idea of one of them but along they way they continued to butcher the designs. In the end I literally had to design my own logo and get them to re-do my design. Every revision came back only 50% done, and with constant amateur mistakes like lopsided lines when they design was supposed to be perfectly symmetrical. I wasted about 2 months trying to get a simple logo out of them THAT I DESIGNED MYSELF. Their artist were complete amateur, more so than myself. The experience was horrendous, it wasted so much time and delayed the launch of my business. In the end I had to practically yell at them to get them to stop making mistakes, and I am not that type of person. I paid them just to get the horrible experience over with, and I actually ended up creating my own logo (completely different than what I paid them for) in 1 day and it is now the logo for my business. It's not "great" but its MUCH better than what I paid them for. It's unfortunate that they pleaded me for a review, and had the audacity to ask for 5 stars. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars and not 1 is that even with the bad experience I had they managed in the end to FINALLY follow my incredibly simple guidelines and deliver what I agreed on. It should have taken no more than a week to make the logo, but due to their constant mistakes and only following half of the revisions it took forever. I wish I could add a photo to this review to show you the hours I spent on photoshop literally giving them to guidelines to copy since they couldn't do it without being babied through the process.

You get what you pay for, don't cheap out, and don't hire this company it is a complete waste of your time and money.

First time I used them. Did exactly what we asked and are very helpful when I need to add/delete items. Would happily recommend them. Thank You!
