I went to Power Computing years ago for advice on purchasing a computer and years later I still get great service, good communications, nothing is too much bother, they have sorted any problems that I have be it mechanical or otherwise. The service and advice they deliver is without doubt a breath of fresh air in this day and age. I am indebted to them for keeping me problem free to run my husband's and my business and would highly recommend this friendly knowledgable bunch to anyone.

Power Computing have supplied me with two high spec. PC's for video editing, photo editing and publishing. The company built the computers, which include a substantial amount of internal hardware, and supplied monitors and keyboards etc. The staff are excellent at helping you to design computers to match your applications and are always quick to get back to you when you ask questions. In terms of technical advice and after sales support they are amazing.
The company was recommended to me ten years ago and I have no reservations in recommending them myself. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the equipment the company sells is very reliable. The first PC I purchased from them ten years ago is still in use!

I needed to buy a new PC as my current one was not man enough to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. I spotted Power Computing whilst browsing the net and called them. They were very helpful and knowledgable and invited me to go and see their showroom which was only a few miles away for me. The visit proved very good and I placed an order with them during the visit. The new PC arrived but sadly Parcel Force had caused damage to the carton and content. Once I'd opened the carton I could see extensive damage to the graphics card power supply and maybe the mother board. I rang Power C and they were devastated to hear of the damage. As we were only 45 minutes away they immediately despatched an engineer who inspected the PC and decided to take it back to base and build a new one for me. The engineer arrived at around 12 noon but I was amazed to get a knock on the dooraround 5 pm deivering my newly built PC to me. Not onlt that but the engineer even set the PC up for me to make sure everything was in order. Awsome amazing service so refreshing in todays world.

My third PC from here, each one an upgrade, the originals still working away with the family.
But this time they send a video of the build of my PC, kept me informed.
Ordered and received in the same week, The best components, the best price and the best service.

So I was looking for a custom build PC. It's a minefield of a job, and I had no idea what I was doing. After looking at this company I decided to give them a go.

I picked my build, very happy with my choice. The 'Account' section on the powerc.com website was extremely informative, letting me know when the computer was built, when it was sent, and it then arrived!

When I received the box (and it was pretty colossal!), I opened it in anticipation, to which I found a very carefully packaged performance PC, expertly 'tetrised' into the box.

It's fair to say I was ecstatic with the result, the value for money, the quality of the build, and if I didn't now know how to build a PC myself, I'd certainly return to them in the future! :)
