Poweriser has greatly disappointed me they first emailed me after my product should have arrived letting me know that their shipments are delayed and so will me delivery be. Disappointed because they broke they're promise of when it was suppose to arrive i still waited patiently because they promised me not only the product but also a full refund of the shipping cost after that they still did not give me the merchandise then i emailed them a complaint saying i no longer want the product simply a refund :( i then received an email saying that my refund would be processed within ten days... yet again they did not keep their word and i still have yet to receive my refund. I placed a complaint with paypal and still don't have my money please don't make the same mistake i have POWERISER WILL RIP YOU OFF!

TERRIBLE service. I purchased a set of binding from this site, and bought ground shipping with it. The terms and condition are worded in such a manner to make is appear that orders will ship within 7 days or less, when in fact the ship in 10 business days! I tried to get in contact with the company to check on the status of my package: twice by email, and six times by phone, and NEVER got a response. That is, until I tried to get a refund through PayPal, and I got a rather condescending email from one of the higher-ups on the company within minutes of asking for my money back. Needless to say, I am VERY disappointed in the customer service and shipping prices/times, and recommend to ANYONE to stay away from this site!
EDIT: I FINALLY got the refund from them about three days ago, but, like getting any sort of contact from them, I had to get PayPal to do it. Wish I could rate lower, but I can't. Poweriser.com seems a very money hungry company, that will ONLY do something for you if they fear losing your money, and will delay giving that money back!
