So Susan was a rockstar. Totally responsive, answered questions, assured me that I could work on this project my schedule. Quick art turnaround too. When I got a tracking number for one package but not the other (I ordered two packages at the same time) she actually called around to see why that was the case, and informed me that they were being shipped from two different factories. She made sure the tracking info was correct and gave me accurate delivery estimates. Felt like the whole process was fair, transparent, and really delightful.

Wish that both packages could have arrived the same day, but so it goes.

PrintGlobe.com is a great place to order and the customer service is excellent!!! I ordered some coasters for my son's wedding with their picture and wedding date to use at the Rehearsal dinner. UPS lost my first order and when I notified my rep, they filed a claim with UPS and sent me another order immediately so that I would have them in time for the wedding. Ordered custom window clings and car flags. It was a little more expensive that I had planned, but both the clings and flags look great.
