Called to get info and a quote for home warranty. Priority Home Warranty came with good recommendation. Got very quick response from Mark Young who was quite knowledgeable, had all the info on the quote and able to answer all my questions quickly. Took a day to think about the offer and when I called back Mark again had all the info I had questions about. We got the order done smoothly and to my satisfaction. Nice Mark, Glad to do business with you.

“Poor Communication/False advertisement/ Phone numbers do not work”

The 24/7 phone number listed on their website does not work. I have an issue, filed a claim thru the only # listed and it is a receptionist/or calling center that took messages since they were closed. I have not heard back after 3 calls regarding my claim/issue. I cannot even give 1 star but I can't post unless I do. Very frustrated. I will not renew my contract.

So far I've had to call them a couple of times and they are always really helpful. I had to have my water heater checked, it wasn't running well, and they sent somebody right out to come and look at it. Good customer service.

Ask for Mike to be your account manager

Had another good experience with Priority Home Warranty, particularly Andrew. I always feel they have my back and best interests in mind. I was trying to confirm my appointment with a technician, and they went above and beyond to make sure it happened right away which I truly appreciate.

Tip for consumers:
I almost feel like this is not a legit company. I can't reach anyone who actually works there. I only get an answering service. No call backs. Will not let me sign into my account. I have an HVAC issue and I paid for a warranty service and I will have to call my own HVAC technician. The fee I paid was a waste of money. Very disappointed.

The tech Leo worked wonderfully. I asked for my claim one-day, the other day I found that my work was done. Appreciable... it is Highly Recommended.

Should be 0 stars. We did work for Priority Home. Went to the customers home as requested, fixed the issue. Labor and parts cost $304.04. Customer paid $85, leaving a balance due for $219.04. We have been trying to collect this money for 8 months! They do not respond to emails. The number you call is an answering service that sends the claims department your message. We have left numerous messages including asking for a supervisor to call us. NOTHING. And the "Chat" button on their website does not work. We recommend many other home warranty companies. Will NEVER recommend this one to our customers and we will never take another job from them.

Sorry there is no way to rate them lower. Signed up a few months ago. Their "agent" talked me into going thru PayPal and giving them the yearly fee up front, then paying monthly to PayPal. Filed a claim with them for some work on my kitchen faucet. First off, they made me pay my service fee up front, which no company has ever done before. No one called back after several days so I called them again. They said they would have another repair company assigned. This has been several weeks ago. A few days after, I tried to call the company and the number is disconnected, the website doesn't work, and they have all my money. They are, in my opinion, a pack of thieves and a totally dishonest and disreputable company. I have filed complaints with the AG's offices in MI and FL and with the BBB. It stinks that they are allowed to get away with this.

The guy that called me (mark) was very pushy. Wanted my bank account number... I explained to him i talk to my husband about all major purchase and would need to talk to him about it before i decided anything and he kept on about just give him my account number and if my husband decided he didnt want it i could get a full refund i explai ed to him i wouldnt give any info till i talked to my husband and decided if we wanted to buy it now or not and he still pushed for my account numbers told me it wouldnt be the same price if i waited 2 hours to talk to my husband he said the price would go feom 735.00 for 15 months to 890.00 for 12 months. Had to hang up on him cause he just wouldnt take no for an answer on my bank account info
