I have been very impressed with privatemail. I switched from gmail to privatemail because of the PGP capability built in. Are they perfect? Not by a long shpt but they are actively improving constantly and very open to feedback. You can import your own already existing PGP key or generate your own on the site. They are working on creating apps for all devices. I believe this has the potential to be a great service.
