Why are you not contactable by email? Why has your www so many technical problems? I did what you said, canceled my account on your website and you refunded 5 for my Sim card but you now continue taking a monthly contract amount from my Visa card. Would you explain how you cancelled my account but continue taking my money even after twice asking to stop Visa payments? Your company is dis-honest, not to be trusted.
