All of a sudden my roof started to leak and water was dripping into my kitchen thru a dormant light fixture. I have been in this house for just 6 months so there are a lot of surprises. I did not want to call a big roofing company for a small job like this so I went to BBB and selected Pro Home Services based on their high rating and proximity to my house. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem as the vents and nails needed to be resealed. They quoted me a fair price and came out as soon as the snow melted and the temperature was above 15. I have had no leaks since they performed their work. Great Job!

Pro-Home Services went above and beyond. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism, quality and craftsmanship they provided on our new roof. We would hire them again in a heart beat! And we've already been telling all our neighbors and friends about them. It's good to know contractors like this still exist in the world!

Only bad thing is the kitchen window lock is really hard to open. I asked about it and the guy said it's OK, just hard to open. So I put WD40 on it, but it still is hard to open. Not a big deal, but I wouldn't recommend that particular window due to that issue.

Was referred to Peter and Pro Home Services through a friend. Peter was professional, set a date for inspection, prompt and on time. Quote was sent to me the same week. Once agreed to, Peter gave me a date, and work was started and completed on time. The services were great, workers were fast, professional and pricing was competitive. We are already talking with Peter about additional services to our house. Thank you Peter and Pro Home Services.

The team that put on our new roof was extremely professional, respectful, and efficient. They cleaned up after every day they were there, and probably cleaned our driveway and the surrounding areas even better than we would have. They worked hard, and one night worked late, never complained. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the job and the team that completed it. We would hire Pro Home again in a heartbeat.

The workers were respectful and nice. They did a great job in a timely fashion. This is my second time using the company, very pleased both times. I would recommend Pro Home services to everyone

From start to finish Peter and or Simon were there on the days of construction to start their crews day. What really struck me is when Peter arrived he went up to each member of his crew and shook their hand n said good morning. How impressive of the owner to care about each person of his crew. The whole experience from owner to the crew was very professional. Fantastic job! Would highly recommend

Peter was quick to call me after my initial call for a consultation and came out to our home the following days. He gave me his observation of the issue and cans out 2 individual times due to the weather interfering. Job is complete with my satisfaction and have had Peter & Pro Home Services install siding, sky light, windows and a roof over the 2 couple years

From start to finish, my experience with Pro-Home Services was exceptional. Any employee I had contact with from Pro-Home was professional and easy to work with. Peter the owner was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to hold a very high standard for himself and any employee who worked for his company. Most importantly, our roof looks beautiful! It was nice that a necessary form of maintenance ended up improving the overall appearance and aesthetic of our home.
Pro-Home will be my go to for any home improvement projects we have in the future.

There are so many good reviews until I hate to be negative. However, if this is the same company out of Arkansas I am truly shocked. It must be the representative/associate that handles my area. She is absolutely terrible. She always has some excuse or reason why something can't get done. Never, get back with you or follow up on the situation.

Peter and his staff at Pro Home Service did a superb job and I would recommend him again to everyone. His workmanship, attention to details and communication was tremendous! Excellent contractor!!! Exceeded all expectations! Superior craftsmanship!

The new roof looks great, but the workers could have been more careful with the plant material around the house and their clean up. They also had a smaller crew then was promised and had to stretch a one day job into two days.

Peter and the crew were excellent, very professional, friendly, and helpful. We had several different types of Alside windows installed in several locations in our house, they look great and seem sturdy and well-built. After the work was complete we accidentally made a mistake with our payment, I informed Peter and he promptly refunded us and made it easy for us to complete the transaction. We would highly recommend Pro Home Services to our friends and family.

Pro Home came out and evaluated our roofing concerns. They presented us with a proposal which explained the job to us. We signed the proposal and they were here within a few days to do the work. They did an excellent job,we were very impressed with their work and process to explain it to us. We would hire them again!

Out of the three estimates I received they had the most affordable. Peter also assisted with trying to put a claim in through my insurance which unveiled that my insurance hardly covered anything. It was greatly appreciated. I will be changing my insurance coverage. In time I will definitely go to them to replace my siding.

Part of the fascia on my house blew off in a storm, and I needed it replaced. Pro Home Services, Inc quickly took care of the problem, replacing the fascia as well as the exposed wood that was rotting. Thanks for the quick and professional service!

Scheduling was too sporadic. Mostly due to the weather, but they could have done a better job keeping my up to date on what was coming when. They left nails in the drive. Several nail got in my car tire, but they deducted the cost from my final bill. Overall, they did a good job and professional job, but commication could have been better.

Peter is very professional and responsive and a trusted business owner whom I know can offer reliable quality service.

My sons both have worked with Peter and his crew in the past so their recommendation started the process going for my project.

The windows they installed are beautiful and the installation went smoothly and precisely.

Ivan was the reason I decided to go with you folks. Very knowledgeable and gifted. A true asset to your organization. Will always contact you folks for any future repairs if needed.

Sean was quick to come and give us an estimate, and the work was scheduled in a timely way. He took multiple photos both before and after, so we could see what was done on the roof. Peter was easy to work with as well. The only thing we noticed after it was done is some black tar marks on the sidewalk below where the new shingles were installed. We did not mention it, though, as we are not sure anything can be done about it. Overall, we would highly recommend this company!

Pro home services is highly recommended by us. We had exterior work done due to storm in 2017. Work was done on time and quality of craftsmanship is excellent. Peter the owner of company is highly knowledgeable in home exterior work and delivers on every promise every time. He and his crews are customers friendly and understands customers needs. We definitely hire Peter for any additional work.
