They are very demanding, and they set unrealistic expectations for employees. This is despite the fact that they never provide adequate training for employees. They are horrible not only because of their incompetence and indifference but also because of their rudeness. The way managers treat the employees makes the work environment ten times worse.

I received lots of complaints from my clients about the packaging I provide them. I had bought this company's delivery bags. I contact them about the issue and was offered no help. I have already gotten another service provider.
