“Very poor company response to costumer, very poor product”

I bought a motorized device which started making noice 7 months after, the presentative said they will take the product and recharge in 2 days, which of course didnt happen, a shame for the company, very poor quality product, service and irrespectful response to costumer. Prof Engin Sezer
