What I like about productreportcard is even if I don't get the survey they'll offer more than other sites like there's. I cashed out (once I got to the amount that I needed to get to with no problems what so ever). And product sampled a few items which is fun. Yay free things, all I have to do is give my opinion on it? I'm in! Xox
I have been a customer for ProductReportCard for years and able to complete surveys and redeem points but lately I have found that I get all the way to the end of a survey after spending 20 minutes to get a message I don't qualify or I have already taken the survey when I haven't. Now over the last several weeks I am finding errors in surveys half way through that prevent you from completing them. I report the issue and get a standard message that they are working on it and I will be emailed when available. This is a total waste of my time!

Maybe I'm not the right demographic. Probably too old and too poor. But I never seem to qualify for surveys that pay any more than 10 cents, even after spending upwards of 20 minutes or more answering questions. Maybe the 18-34 year old demographic gets more opportunities? I spent probably 35 minutes on a survey once that asked VERY specific and very personal questions about certain bodily functions, only to be told I didn't qualify and here's your dime. It's not a scam per se, but it seems to extract a lot of information for essentially free. And, I can't seem to find where to cancel/disable my account. Unless you seem to get a lot of lucky offers, this is a waste of time.
I agree with everyone who posted a 1 star review. This company is a scam they have you fill out the entire survey claiming you will be paid x amount of dollars only to find that you don't qualify and you end up with 10 cents for your wasted time. You should be sued by all of us who have fallen prey to your shenanigans. You can give a response to this with your foolish story about how sorry you are but soon everyone will know this is a scam company and quit filling out your BS surveys
Tip for consumers:
Whatever you do avoid Product Report Card. Do not waist your time like so many of us have done.
The last 3 surveys I have done, on Product Report Card, have taken me over 1/2 hour each to complete, only to be taken to a sulky face page that says I didn't qualify. Each of these surveys, were fully completed.
Customer service advises that they can't help it if their clients late disqualify people. This is more than "late" disqualification... it is getting free information.
I can understand 1, maybe. 2 is a stretch, but 3 in a row, is downright unethical, and thievery.
The only reason I gave it one star, is because there's nothing lower.
Every time you get a product they tell you if you review it they will give you al of of extra points, however, I have NEVER received my points for any product reviews at all. Not one product did I get the promised amount. None of the surveys Ive taken have paid out either. This place is a complete scam. Its the worst and dont bother with them. You may get a product, but you will NOT get the dollar amount promised for the review. You get nothing actually.
Make it sound like you will get a gift card for your time taking survey. At the end say you don't qualify for the gift card, but never tell any ware what the qualifications are to qualify. So they get the survey info for no cost, just the spam emails they send. Scam and scummy company.
I completed a number of Product Registrations which I have never gotten credit for and have received no response from the 2 emails I sent.
I also cashed out after taking a very long time to get the needed $25. I have failed to receive that. I am discouraged about writing support as my previous inquiries have gone unanswered. Also I can find no way to track my request for payment in the app.
This company is a complete scam artist. Everything they send you is bull$#*!! I don't know how many surveys I've taken all the way to. The last question says I'm complete. Told I would receive anywhere from $1 to $20 depending on the survey. Only to find out that I get $0.10 and I've watched my balance go from $3.90 to $2 and something and I've never cashed it. Also, I'm trying to figure out why every time I feel something out it will take me to a page to sign in even though I'm already signed into your joke of a website and then it tells me that my devices and compatible go use your computer. Well one I'm using the newest smartphone out. I'm pretty sure it's better than anything you can throw at it. And two I'm on a computer when it tells me to go use a computer. Are you people $#*!ing idiots? Nobody should ever use this service. You should be sued you oh millions of dollars in settlement to us. I think a class action suit is forthcoming
I used to like Product Report Card because they gave me like more than 20 survey everyday. Even if i'm not qualified for the survey, they gave me.10 cents and in the long run it will get bigger. I always have like $50 every 3 months but lately they only give me 1 survey per day. I wonder if they did not give me more surveys because i always redeem my points every 3 months or they don't have more clients, i really don't know. I hope they will give me more surveys like they used to so i can get more points to redeems I can use it on Amazon.
I have been a member for 5 plus years. They are veey misleading about being able to make $$. Yes you can but it can be.paonstakkng slow. Many many times they will say you are not suitable and give you 10 cents even if you spent 15 or 20 minutes to qualify for a survey. I make the majority of $$ when I am sent items to review. That happens rarely nowdays! If. You are EXTREMELY lucky you could.get chosen to be on a panel. I have made $250 that way over a 6 month period bit again. VERY RARE. It takes an average of 2 months to make $25 gift cars. Just not worth the time and shut outs.
I have read a lot of the negative feedback on this company on here, but in my personal experience, everything has been fine so far. Sure it took me longer than I hoped to reach the minimum cash out amount, but I still was able to reach it in a few months after signing up I agree that the minimum cash out amount is a lot higher then other survey taking opportunities I have tried out in the past, but I still was able to redeem my reward. To be honest, I did not consistently take surveys sometimes, so being able to cash out in a few months is not so bad. You just need to be patient and not get discouraged or frustrated. Anyway, I am happy with their survey taking service so far, overall.
Tip for consumers:
Like with all other online survey taking opportunities, just be patient and give it some time. A fair amount of the time with various websites/services, you are not going to rack up your rewards at lightning speeds.
Every single product I try and review, I am not suited for. It's either because of my age, gender, or the fact that I am white. I haven't figured it out, but if you're over 40 and a female, don't even click on these. You will not get picked... EVER.

Tip for consumers:
Check your emails daily for offers and surveys. And some surveys say $0. But still check them out.. oh and if you have a laptop, phone and TV you'll have more chances to take more surveys. Some can only be taken on certain devices.
Received an email that said I would receive $20 for completing a 15 minute survey. I took 15 minutes to complete the survey and was then told that I, a small business owner who makes all purchasing decisions, was not qualified to answer the survey. "You will receive $20 if you complete this survey" should probably read "you MAY receive $20 after you complete this unpaid survey if you are qualified to take another 15 minute survey"
Don't waste your time with this site. It seems they are just gathering personal information. After filling out several surveys I didn't qualify for not one of the paid surveys, conveniently for them now that they have my personal info.
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time.
This site is definitely not a scam. I'm not sure what's going on, on some of y'all's accounts, but you won't get qualified for every single survey and still can make a decent amount in Amazon gift cards! Sometimes I do 6 surveys a day and still don't qualify, so I just try again the next day and guess what I get 7 approved surveys! Whoop :) Be patient guys and email them and wait a few days if you don't get a response send them another email for those of you that are waiting on pending rewards.
Tip for consumers:
Nothing in life that’s worth it will come easy, so be PATIENT:)
I would give it 0 stars if I could. They send you a survey, ask you about 50 questions on a subject, for example drinks, after 15 minutes or so of answering, when you think you're done the survey they tell you you didn't qualify and give you 10cents! They have done this to me twice now. Believe me, I used to work as an interviewer for Mktg Research firms when I was a student, there's no way you ask 50ish questions to find out if someone qualifies. Oh and you can't redeem anything until you have 50$. Don't waste your valuable time!
Tip for consumers:
It's a scam. Companies who need market research should not use this company.
It takes forever (over two years for me) to accummulate $20 and unfortunately you cannot cash out until you accumulate $25. You spend A LOT of time filling out surveys only to be told you "don't qualify" and you only get a measly 10 cents for your time instead of the amount advertised for the survey (anywhere from. 50 to $5.00 usually). It's a farce and waste of time. Do NOT sign up.
Complete tons of surveys and not get what they promise you they will give you 10 cents for every survey and sorry your not qualified or some bs
I've been using product report card for about 4 months and I've cashed out 4 times. Each survey is looking for specific groups of people. I've been disqualified for some, which is to be expected. I've been chosen to participate in over 10+ products from hand soap, face cream; shampoo, diapers for my baby, deodorant, even edible products like drinks and snacks and a few more items. The surveys who are looking for feedback on various products to be tested at home pay varies! The most I've gotten is $30, the least is $2.50. And these are well known brands like Dove & Aussie Moist. There's even surveys that ask you to watch episodes of a new tv show that's coming out and the pay is decent. The only negative thing that I don't like is that for the past couple of weeks there hasn't been any surveys available to participate in. I'm not sure why that is. And also, sometimes after trying a product they won't reveal the brand it's from. And you can redeem your money as a Amazon gift card. They got rid of the option of a check or direct deposit. But I don't complain. I love Amazon! But overall I enjoy this website as it's a way to make extra money. It's definitely legit and worth my time.
Tip for consumers:
The surveys are looking for certain people to participate. You will be disqualified for a lot of them but usually, every day you’ll find someone be that you can qualify for. Home testing products are the best and usually high quality products by big names brands.
You would think PayPal would be a option but it's not. I don't think it's fare. Amazon is so expensive and PayPal I feel should be a option.
Was supposed to get paid $2 for watching a 45 minutes clip of a new series. After the clip was over was told i wasn't qualified and given $0.10. This wasn't the first time this has happened as i get not qualified message after completing every task and survey. This is a scam company.
Product report card is a big waste of time. They send you out surveys that they claim take 10 to 15 minutes for about $. 50 to $2 in rewards. Most of the time, you spend 5 to 10 minutes answering the qualifying questions and then I told you are disqualified.
This week, I was selected for a study with a panel reward of $125. I confirmed my participation via a phone call and email, and had everything set up, even took off of work so I could fully participate. The day of the study the email to start the study never appeared. I reached out to the study Director Christine Cook several times and she told me that the email was already sent to me. When I asked her to confirm my info, she did not even have the correct name for me. The study took place from Tuesday to Thursday, and throughout this entire time, Christine and Amy Wilson told me that it's too bad and I will have to wait for the next study.
So yes, you may make a few bucks or pennies here and there, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous and the overall site is a waste of time.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is useless. Often not properly compensated and the workers simply defend themselves.

Hi Jeffrey. We're sorry you've had a sub-par experience. Each research survey has a target audience in mind and we try to match you with surveys that you may qualify for. Each survey is different and so we ask preliminary questions, known as screener questions, which lets us find out if you qualify based on the target audience needed for the specific survey. If you do qualify, you are then brought to the survey. This is precisely what happened in your situation.
Thanks for reaching out and please email us at support@productreportcard.com with any further questions.
