I just want to say something on my shopping experience at promgoers.com, I was informed by someone from promgoers stuff that someone posted some negative news(maybe their competitors) online, so promgoers send emails to the customers who bought dresses from their site and wanna we could help. Yes I did buy dress from promgoers and it takes about 18 days to get the dress, since I custom made it by following Grace's advice, she said this will make sure my dress fit well and save my money to fix in local store. I paid 9.99 usd and used my 5 usd coupon and used 10 credits when made payment, finally just paid 3.99 usd extra for the custom made service, it's unbelievable and it needs about 35-50 usd here in L. A! I was glad that I custom made it and it fit me well, the fabric and hand sewn beading work was stunning, the shipping was fast, from China to L. A took only 3 days with DHL carrier! But I have to say, the speaking english of someone (a male) was not good, but thanks to God, I could understand what did he say and got the email as well after call. All the shopping experience was nice and confortable. I donot like to say something negative or dirty, but I do believe we have to check everything by ourselves, you may have your idea, but I have my, I love the dress and I wanna thank Grace for help, I will buy from them again! One more thing, I suggest you to custom made the dress as well if you wanna it in rush.
By far the worst Customers Service I have ever experienced! It seems as if the company is out of business, no one answers the phone, returns calls or replies to emails. The live chat was available upon purchase, but not again since. The event I must attend is now this Saturday and today is Monday with no idea if this company is still even in business.

Do not use this site. They stole $200 from me and did not ship the dress. The phone number, e-mails and fb postings have netted no response. I'm just sickened about this.
Ordered a dress from here according to measurements. Dress did not fit looked nothing like pictures. Trying to return dress but now they're saying they haven't got dress. TERRIBLE SERVICE. ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE

We have suggested that pls donot change the style and we donot accept return if you insist, and now we have replied all the request and we are going to handle it together.We did really not got your returned dress and we have checked with the delivery company to help, wish you could wait patiently and we will believe we could solve this problem in a good manner according to our return policy, right?

ComOne day, my girl friend and I was invited to a friend's birthday party, which was a really luxury and all friends would be formally dressed.As a man, I could wear my suit that bought for my job interviews when I graduated from university 2 years ago. After that prom, we, me, my girlfriend and the Chinese friend and her boyfriend, we planed to do something for the prom goers, who wanna prom dresses, shoes, jewelry and even corset, who did not have much budget on these non-daily expense.
