They really helped me get last minute product. And they know their stuff and timing of when it can be received.
My ratings reflect the fact that the product I received was not the product represented on the site, and that I have not received a reply to my inquiry about the difference. I really don't have an issue with the price. I would have paid more for the correct product. Since I received the wrong item I feel as if I paid too much. I have not distributed the product, so there is still time to correct the problem.
Order 2 different color hats to select the color for a larger order of hats with our logo on them.
The hats were of excellent quality and were delivered quickly!
Fantastic customer service
Fewer choices. But mainly, the webpage does not give you a chance to give email address for order confirmation. Secondly, it does not clearly state the date that I will receive it. I was unsure whether to order or not due to that.
I ordered cork coasters and they came out beautiful.
Great staff and snowglobes came out just like I wanted them to!

I had been given a promotional pen and was impressed by how well it wrote. I called the company that had given me the pen and they gave me contact info for Promotion Pros. They were great to work with, made my ordering process very easy, and they are very nice. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

They are AMAZING! Specifically Sandi. She was so quick with her responses and getting my sample was more than easy. After a delay (on fedex's end) they made accommodations that I was truly surprised by. My person of contact, Sandi, sent another sample! I was so grateful and immediately placed my order after the sample arrived!
Alecia was very responsive and was answered all my questions promptly. Though we did not formally speak, I could read in her emails that she was very sincere . Made changes and right back to me. Enjoyed working with her.
I found this company by accident and I am very glad I did. Their prices were great! I had trouble using my company credit card to complete the order. I called their company and they were more than helpful in assisting me with getting the order to go through. The credit card issue was on my end not theirs. Very friendly and helpful staff. My order arrived very quickly and everything was correct which in my experience is not the norm these days. I will be ordering from this company again for sure. Great job!
Sandi Gripentrog was my sales rep. We had 5 items to get pricing and proofs and some items were custom items. Sandi provided quotes and proofs in less than 24 hours.

Originally I wasn't sure what I wanted...she gave suggestions, send my ideas and even sent me info on items not seen online. She helped me to find the right gift for our staff back to school event.
