Psychics Needed

I've been looking for someplace to use my psychic skills for a long time. I've interviewed with other sites, but never felt at ease with the corporate feeling they had. Psychicsneeded was professional right from the start. After 3 interviews and sample readings, I was chosen for their site. So far (working for 3 weeks) the calls have been great, I get paid what I expect, managment is helpful (actual psychics working on the line) and the customers are great (for the most part!). I know they don't have a ton of openings, but they are always looking for the next great reader to add to their team.

They claim to be hiring many psychics and they can interview many people. Some of the ones they supposedly like an accept are put on a waiting list while they continue to interview and screen other psychics. Maybe they are looking for ways to say we really do not like you or you are not one of our better readers. I don't know... The screening or testing is not done by a professional who is testing ESP scores but by those who are basing their opinion on other things. This company is wishy washy not as straightforward as I would like. Maybe they are just trying to be nice about it when they are really not interested. Well so am I.
