Obinna is by far the best home services technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was very helpful and went out of his way to provide recommendations and assist with very tough TV installations. I was very pleased with his effectiveness and overall knowledge. He puts the client first and has a clear commitment to make sure that the customer is happy. Obinna will definitely be used for other services in my home after this experience.
I used this company to repair a washer. I specifically told them I did not want a membership, and they started a membership for me anyway. I have been called since September trying to cancel it, and they always send me a cancellation link that provides an error, so I call back and they promise to do it manually, and then the next month I get hit with another fee. I am being forced to keep a membership that I don't want, and I don't need.

Appliance repair service
Anyone looking for appliance services in Middle TN should steer clear of this company. They are dramatically understaffed and the staff they do have is grossly under-qualified. Their "Service Guarantee" became fruitless after they didn't complete the initial repair correctly... first followed up with them days later (under guarantee) and after 3 MONTHS of under-qualified staff and last minute cancelled appointments and ultimately no successful repair - I gave up. Don't even get involved with them.
My experience began well, needing 2 common parts to repair my gas dryer. 1 week later parts were installed. Then I was told it was the control board. Initially the tech tried to repair it at home. He butchered it. He then said that he would purchase a new one and return the following night. He never returned, nor did my control board. The control board and a core charge was $258.00 plus $119.51 labor plus tax, service charge, and control board test. Puls Technologies refused to reimburse me. In total, this was a span of 3 1/2 weeks not to mention 1000 lbs. of frustration. Puls Technologies is the worst company I ever have dealt with.

My dishwasher was making a loud noise when filling. I called Puls who sent a dishwasher repairman. He said it was a plumbing issue from my faucet, and so I then called a plumber. The plumber came and turned a handle on the hot water line to the dishwasher. It wasn't open all the way, causing the noise. I informed Puls but got no response to my request for a refund.
Serviceman did NOT diagnose the problem nor did he repair anything. He simply touched the compressor and said it was warm. Then said, he could hear the fan motor running, so it was ok.
He unplugged the refrigerator and plugged it back in claiming that that MIGHT reset it...it didn't do anything. I was charged $237.00 for absolutely
Nothing. The refrigerator still is not working and I still do not know the problem.
NO DIAGNOSIS AND NO REPAIR, however I was charged $237.00! What a rip off!
Stay away from this company. The washer technician came and spent the entire time watching YouTube videos! We're not paying you guys to come and watch online repair videos and just waste time and water without doing anything meaningful. The technician didn't even open anything (I doubt if he was equipped with all the tools) as he was engrossed in the video tutorial. Left saying there's NO problem. Then why the hell are you charging the money as there's a problem but you couldn't diagnose it. The call center girl left a message that if the issue still persists, make another repair appointment. Really? What made you think the problem would have gone away magically? Just a sham company!

These ppl are criminals! They have hijacked several appliance websites. They use your credit card without authorization, and there appliance service is deplorable
Maintenance work is actually OK; but billing is outrageous. Do NOT ever use this company. Don't bill according to quote. Add numerous additional fees. Will NEVER use them again BEWARE

This was for repair of a washing machine
We hired Puls to fix our dishwasher. After several visits and hundreds of dollars, the dishwasher is still broken. We also now have water damage, a scratched floor, and chipped cabinets. The technician didn't even put it back after he gave up. Never hire Puls!
People BEWARE and STAY AWAY from this company! There is a reason all of their comments on Facebook and Instagram are blocked! One of their techs mounted a very heavy mirror in my home that was falling a couple days later. That was two months ago, and I'm still fighting for a refund!
When we called Puls they arranged for a technician to come and look at our refrigerator which was not keeping things cold or frozen in the freezer. He determined that it needed a defrost heater coil which before we paid him indicated that after he replaced it it would be as good as new. This defrost heater, which by the way Amazon charges between $15.64 and $29.65, and which we $364 (including labor) for. So we relied on the Puls technician and after he left it would still not freeze as required.
I called the technician an hour after he left and he said that it should be working soon. WRONG! It never worked so we asked for a follow-up free visit under their guarantee policy. After he stood us up on Sunday, January 28, (we waited for him all afternoon), he never showed up. The technician returned two days later and then he decided to check the freon, which he not do on his first visit, and said it was in need of more. Had we known initially of the freon need we would have stopped any more service or charges from Puls. We asked Puls to refund us the net difference of $264 ($353-$89) which they refused to do..
I paid Puls over $300 to repair my appliance. 5 minutes after the repairman, Ken left, the appliance was still not working. I called to let them know what had happened. No response. I had to call back a second day and was told my case had to be turned over to another department. When I insisted that my someone come out to fix my appliance, I was told I would get an email which moved me into another day of inconvenience. Not a reliable without any concern for the customer. Bypass this company if it's service you are looking for with technicians that know what they are doing and clerical staff that do more than waste your time and your money
I had A scheduled appointment between 12 and 2 at 2 PM the Technician called stating he was far away could he come between 2 and 4 I said yes but they sent me A text stating they would be to my house by 6. I cancelled rescheduled again 12 to 2 the night before they texted to say they couldn't get to me but had another company that could, the problem was my washing machine was locked he claimed it was broke and needed A piece that was going to cost $175.00 along with $250.00 down payment and he took the front piece with him. I refused the service because I wasn't going to pay that much for A 4 year old machine.purchased A brand new one for 596.00 my 89.00 service fee came out to 97.00 with tax.and A very mad Technician that tried to bamboozle A senior Citizens..
They will charge you an arm and a leg. Don't do it. My dryer only had lint in it. It wasn't even broken. The technician added a bunch of bull$#*! add-one to the bill. He never even gave me a quote before proceeding.
Made appt for 9-1 on 11/24 and was confirmed but Puls canceled it after 30 minutes. Made another for 5-7PM. Tech showed up and diagnosed problem and stated he needed to order parts. Headquarters sent me a text stating that I could get a discount if I took out a service warranty. I had to call and tell them that I already had a warranty and would they please pay the tech because he wanted to be paid. But they canceled his visit and on their own without asking me, rescheduled another visit for 11-25 at 5-7PM. No one showed up foe the appointment! My washer still isn't fixed and Im not even sure if they will honor their warranty or even schedule an appointment. Think long and hard before using these people
Tip for consumers:
Awful experience
Tech charged $230 for a $20 to $30 fan and $285 for a 15 minute install. Total price gouging at it's best -then said that's what the company charges - the company says the tech is an independent contractor (more like conman) that sets his own prices. I've search all over the internet and only found 1 fan over 30 bucks - most around $20 and that is a hell of a markup!
Only use this company if you Bill Gates rich!
We had an appointment today that was critical and PULS blew it off -- no one showed. This is an indication of a lack of integrity and honesty. Find someone else if you need something done when you are told it will be. If I could award negative stars, PULS would earn a galaxy...
Tip for consumers:
Run from this company, find another that will honor their commitments.

Tried to get a dishwasher installed.
If you get assigned a dependable technician you may have a better experience. Wasted two days waiting for a washer repair person that never made it during the window they said. Last day of waiting the person called over an hour after the repair window had passed with another excuse on why he was not there yet. Go with a neighbor's recommendation, not this organization. No customer support with being put on hold for prolonged periods and lack of understanding that a different technician is needed if they are canceling appointments. Overall, a waste of time.
Tip for consumers:
Poor customer support. Go local instead

Service not product, never used because technician never came
Came to my home and said he never worked on a oven before started watching youtu.be videos and asking me questions...ordered the parts and returned 3 days later and asked if I could help him get the oven out the wall then discovered he ordered the wrong part and was trouble shooting from 3 hours until I said leave and return with the proper parts. He was supposed to return Saturday and no phone call or response to my text...extremely poor business
We called Puls on Wednesday for a dishwasher that would not pump out the water. The technician came the same day and after looking at the machine for a few minutes, said it needed a new water pump. The pump and the labor to instal it would be approximately $240.00. There was an upfront service charge of $89.00 if we chose not to have the repair. We opted to have the repair. He needed to obtain the pump and get back to us with an install date (next day or day following). No one called; so I called PULS for at least an hour repeatedly. I tried every avenue: PULS Member, Warranty Information, Billing, and each time the call would be answered followed by a rapid hangup. I then called for new service, and got an immediate answer. That person forwarded me to the complaint department and I was told that I had not yet paid the estimate. I told him the repair was not yet done, and my fear was that as soon as I paid the cost, I would never see them again. As an aside, I called PULS because they came up on my Internet search as a local agency. They are actually in California, and I am in Florida. The two people I eventuallyl got in contact with have a Connecticut and Texas exchange.
Finally, I was able to have the pump replaced, and the technician put on the unit, and it appeared to be working properly. One of the charges on the Invoice is for $14.90 for a Security and Support Fee explained as follows: "This fee covers various operating costs such as expensivetechnician background checks and continuous customer support." I argued with the technician that those fees are a cost of doing business and not for the customer to pay. He indicated he never had seen them. There was no way to avoid them on the invoice. It was a "pay in full" or not at all. I paid the fee, but then opted not to provide the technician with a tip which I normally would do.
Within 15 minutes of his leaving, we put just a few dishes in the machine and decided to run a cycle. The same thing that happened on Wednesday happened again. The pump sounds as if it is struggling and the machine shuts itself off after about 5 minutes.
I called the technician back and left a detailed voice mail. There was no return call. After about an hour, I called him again, and this time, the phone rang unanswered before it timed out and hung up.
I then called PULS Warranty Claims and explained everything above. They said that it would take up to 48 hours to research the matter and reschedule. I told them that I did not want someone to come back and then say that I needed something else at an additional cost. I opted for the $268. Repair since it would have otherwise cost me $89. For the service call, but I did not want to invest even another penny in a 4-year old GE Dishwasher.
I then immediately contacted Discover and informed them that the charge was only pending, and I knew a dispute was premature, but I wanted there to be a timely record of what transpired immediately after the failed repair.
The technician was very nice and courteous, but I would never utilize PULS again.
We paid $550.00 to repair our 3 years old refrigerator which they said the problem was the condenser fan. But it stop working after 5 months. When i start cleaning the refrigerator after it stop working i saw two bolts missing on the cover board of the fan where the technician was working and this
Refrigerator has never been touched by anyone before them
I wonder how many bolts are missing behind the board waiting to hear from another company technician
Puls doesnt stand by quality. Got service on 6/11 on dryer. Tech came, claimed part needs to be replaced. Charge 300$. Exactly 90 days on Sep 9 dryer stops working again. Coincidence? Called on Sep 11 as 9th was Saturday. Customer Svc says sorry, u have to get new service order and we can send another tech as you are one day past 90 days. No thank you. I am never giving your techs or ur company a penny again as I don't trust the quality of your service or that you will
Do right by the customer

We asked the Puls Technician to Diagnose Water Leak and Ice Dispenser Malfunction. His diagnosis was incomplete and we were told that the water leak fix required a $500 water pump. My google search showed no water pump for a fridge! The Puls technician did not address the ice dispenser malfunction and did not give us a written estimate! Puls charged me $95 for such ripoff and did not respond to my complaint!

Appliance Repair Service
Charged me $600 for a repair that told me was going to take hours of work and be very labor-intensive so I agreed. When the technician arrived on site, it took him three minutes to pop the part in. Additionally, the part he ordered was double the cost of the market value. I complained to managers, and they did nothing to reimburse me. Do not use the service. Insanely overpriced! And the technician was rude and combative.
Never for any reason use this company or hire any Technician from them. The WORST service I have ever received and a nightmare to deal with. The technicians will lie to the company to get more money and less work and the company sides with them. My boyfriend and I have spent over a month just to get a whole price break down/ receipt and still have not received that, and if that doesn't sound sketchy; a technician reached out to me on my personal phone to make some sketchy under the table deal. Rude unprofessional technicians, home base employees are impossible to hear, every phone call was distant and poor quality service, i'm sure on purpose. I was borderline harrassed by an employee named Jason and when i told him i won't be spoken to that way he hung up. The techs were Frank and Solomon. I am sick and tired of companies screwing over The People and taking our money. $300 for a Tech to come into my house, lie, take parts out and NOT replace them, make me uncomfortable in my own home, probably stealing my credit card information. Never ever again. This company and these people are looking at a lawsuits very quickly. This company needs to be shut down, look at all these negative reviews. Mark my word I will get my money back, if i have to go on every review website and tell everyone about this disgrace. If not me, who? How many more people are going to be robbed by Puls
