1. It's a very advanced sexual health clinic in Asia. 2. How it look? The clinic does not look like conventional clinic or hospital that make you feel sick, on the other hand it looks like an art gallery, it is very good and clean, everything is comfortable. 3. First service received, it is easy to arrange an online consultation and the doctor spent his time explaining very well with perfect English and perfect manner. He explained the cause and the treatment systematically. I am very happy and impressed with the service. I received medication delivered to my home. 4. Excellent, professional care, reasonable prices, very friendly service. Dr. Deyn has a very calm manner and always happy and smiling when talking to you, takes the time to explain everything, you feel that he cares. Also, unlike a lot of doctors I've seen here in private hospital, Dr. Deyn doesn't over-prescribe medicines or diagnostic tests, and has a very thoughtful approach to diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend this clinic!

We had organised to send my HIV medicine supply from the Netherlands to Pulse Clinic Bangkok. I had been there before and explained them that after i received the meds i would stay with them as my plan was to finally stay in Asia. I was looking for a appartment in Phnom Penh at that time after a very long business trip in China. I thought it would be safer to send my medicine to Thailand then Cambodia, i was wrong... When I got this the clinic, they responded weird in a way, but non helpful and cold. They explained to me that the doctor fired the staff that made the agreement with us. But I could buy there medicine. I had a 3 month supply waiting at DHL as agreed with them. DHL was asking for a some documents from them. I didn't know what todo as I only had 2 days of medicine left but buying their medicine when i had organised to send it to them seemed like extortion and wasn't a option for me. They basically gave me no information on how to get my medicine other then you can buy our medicine. They wouldnt helped me eventhough the staff told me, your right, we should give you your medicine but our boss Dr Deyn didn't allow it. I flipped out a bit while being terrified for my live and rediculous that Pulse wouldt honor their agreement. This was a major kick to a hiv patients life which i havent been able to recovered from, the events after this, me trying to find medicine in Cambodia and being forced to fly back to Holland and sleep at my office for months while trying alternative treatment due to the fact that the Dutch healthcare system would not give me my medicine due to policy, they gave me 3 months already which Dr Deyn destroyed after 30 email on us trying to get our medicine. This happened in December 2017, I had a succesful company and looking for a nice appartment in Phnom Penh after extreme business trip in China. After you destroyed my medicine while we were begging you to give it to me I lost my company, became homeless, got PTSD, lost so much weight due to alternative treatment and diet, half dying and no money, I need to work now while i'm in this state while my company was my pension plan. I lost about 250k euro in company value. Thanks Dr Deyn, great policies you have. I hate you ever day that i'm in this situation due to your major kick in my life. If I ever get the finance again I'm going to hire a laywer to sue you for malpractise.
