A huge thank you to QS supplies for processing and dispatching my order so quickly, the sink was very securely and expertly packed and the quality of the sink has exceeded my expectations. Communications were perfect and was kept up to date the whole process. Initially had reservations upon reading negative reviews but very glad I went with them, competitive price and very reasonable delivery cost for such a rapid turnaround, ordered Friday afternoon and received Tuesday morning! Will definitely be my go to seller for bathroom and kitchen supplies.

They sent me a chipped enamel bath and when I sent the picture they claimed they could tell from it the chip was an "installation damage" when the bath wasn't yet installed, I was there when the builders unwrapped it. Terrible customer service, took several emails back and forth to get that answer. There where other things in the order and everything came separate with not delivery updates, the bath showed up one day when I was home alone.

I ordered a number of items for bathroom renovations and on arrival coding on the outside of the boxes were checked and matched the order details.
My plumber started work on fitting the new shower and has discovered that an item inside the box does not match the item ordered. It is the wrong size and is not a quadrant tray.
On calling for help, the response I got from the contact centre representative was totally inappropriate, unhelpful and failed to understand the problem which had occurred as a result of the wrong item being delivered. She told me there was no assistance to get a new item or similar replacement delivered and just told me to email with photos.
Given I had plumber and tiler booked and their schedule was then delayed as a result of qs supplies sending me the wrong item inside a correct box, there was no apologies or attempt to support a solution. The off hand and abrupt nature of the response was really disappointing.
It has resulted in our family having longer period without use of a bathroom and I have had to purchase a more expensive item via the plumber for delivery at financial cost to me.
I sent a complaint via email with photos and video and only 5 days later received an apology email informing me they will collect the incorrect item and refund. Company refusing to compensate for the cost incurred in getting a replacement. I've chased again by email and today by phone.
I'm told complaints are dealt with by an email department and they do not speak to people by telephone.

Very poor customer service and beware that you may not actually receive the quality/ brand of items you order despite the labels on the box being correct. I would not use this company again ever.

Please be careful if ordering from this company. Ordered a sink and vanity unit - the unit was fine, but unfortunately the sink arrived damaged. There is no protection between the ceramic sink and cardboard packaging. Unfortunately I was away and couldn't check within 3 days of delivery and therefore qssupplies have refused to replace - please consider elsewhere.

Don't use this company as they deliver poorly packaged goods and offer no replacements or refund

DO NOT USE THIS THIEVING COMPANY!
Charged me £108 to deliver nothing.
I cancelled the order after notifying them that I must have the items delivered before a specific date (2 weeks after ordering) but items not delivered.
They tried to keep the delivery charge of £108. I was never notified of this delivery charge.
Following many emails, I had to do a section 75 with my credit card to get my money back.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They don't hold the supplies so had to source my vanity elsewhere which meant a 3 week wait.
The delivery never arrived and all the "supposedly" customer care people which is in Asia somewhere that the delivery is shown as sent out. Contact the police as we can't do anything for you! Ive been robbed £320 from this scam company. Will be reporting them

What they don't tell you, they have no stock and they use an Asian call center that sends messages to the UK. The service is appalling, slow, highly inaccurate and they demand £30 for a missed delivery where they failed to keep to the projected delivery schedule. They then blackmail you and refuse to deliver the item unless you pay £30 or they threaten to refund the item less shipping. Please avoid this truly shocking company.

The special shower tray and door I ordered was out of stock & QS Supplies immediately offered me a refund, or to wait until it was available. Having read some of the bad reviews I contacted the manufacturer direct who confirmed everything QS Supplies had told me about production issues. Having been kept informed by QS throughout my wait they actually achieved delivery a week before the manufacturer had estimated. Order ready to doorstep delivery took just 36 hours. The pallet delivery was excellent and all of this for a considerable discount compared to other on-line suppliers.

After buying a slimline backlit mirror to install in our new house from this company we opened the box to find the mirror had a chipped glass piece at the top held to the rest of the mirror by brown tape. Unfortunately the mirror remained in the box for months as the bathroom was not ready for it to be installed. Clearly this mirror was sold to deceive. Reading the other reviews i can only guess this company only sells defective products as its USP. This is blatant fraud! Avoid at all costs

Don't be tempted with the low prices on some items, great if there is no issue but if you have a problem they do not want to know.
I buy a lot of bathroom fittings on line and I can honestly say this has to be the worst company to deal with.
AVOID this company, if the items they send are damaged, tuff you will not get a refund or replacement.

I received a sink from this company in March. Unfortunately we didn't open it till last week as builders had been delayed due to COVID rulings. It was split in two when opened and we quickly notified them by a phone call and then by email as advised. Standard email was issued about us not letting them know within 14 days. I can't get to speak to anyone and when I quoted the consumer act they just re issued the standard email,,

Ordered a toilet seat and, because of the Christmas break, the packaging wasn't opened until the end of the first week of January when the seat was found to be broken (see first image). Sent images and was told that as we hadn't contacted them within 14 days they wouldn't replace. No dispensation for Christmas. Flimsy packaging (as can be seen fro the second image) without any cushioning to stop breakage if dropped. Their 'cancel contract' within 14 days doesn't cover returns or disputes so their policies are totally outside UK Consumer law. Totally rubbish service; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We had a faulty toilet seat delivered on 24 November 2021 and despite numerous emails we have not had by today's date (14 January) a replacement.
Not able to use seat due to 4 missing screw shreds which should be imbedded in the toilet.

Placed an order, paid, still waiting confirming of delivery over a week later despite being apologised to and told that the warehouse have it in stock for days. Avoid this retailer like the plague. Over promise and dont deliver. I feel for the employees who don't seem to understand what their colleagues are doing and have no management to refer to. Instead the end up fobbing you off with what turn out to be false statements. Their lies and delays have cost me money and caused me stress. Which consumer group and magazine need to do an investigation. Hope you benefit from my experience and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Tried to order a radiator, which they then tried to supply on a random date, and nobody was in on the date they had chosen to deliver... so they took it back, demanded more money to deliver it on another date (which they couldn't tell us), or charge a significant restocking fee. Sending a notice before action to get money back...

QS Supplies customer service is absolutely appalling. They don't appear to understand their responsibilities, under the Sale of Goods Act or Distance Selling Regulations. I ordered a a bath and bathroom furniture, including a vanity unit, tall cupboard and mirrored cabinet. My delivery was split in two, the first delivery arrived without notification, the second was abandoned on my drive. The vanity unit and cupboard were badly damaged, so I asked to return them. QS Supplies took no responsibility and made the return process as difficult as possible. To get my refund, I had to convince their supplier the goods were damaged. I sent nearly 40 emails and close to 50 images. It took me 5 weeks to get my money back. I had a similar experience when I cancelled the mirrored cabinet, QS Supplies didn't acknowledge my cancellation. When they eventually provided return details, they gave me just 3 days to return it, instead the 14 days set out in legislation. QS Supplies my be cheap, but when it goes wrong, they don't care. I got my money back, but it didn't include the delivery charge I paid.

Purchased an overpriced flush plate after being assured by a QS Supplies member of staff that it was a matt black finish and would match everything in our new bathroom. Product arrives and I can clearly see that it's a glossy finish. I fill in and submit the online returns form, go about my life and don't hear anything for a couple of weeks. When call to chase to see what's happening have to email their support email. My email gets ignored for 14 days before chase again on the phone. Now they are claiming that the online returns form was never received and I'm being told by managers that it can't be returned as it's over the 14 days returns agreement. Firstly it was mis-sold to me, secondly most of the 14 days in the returns process were spent with my correspondence being ignored by QS Supplies and thirdly the product is in all the cellophane and can easily be re-sold. I would expect common sense to prevail in this scenario but instead they have lost a customer for life. Terrible experience! I'm out of pocket and stuck with a product that was described incorrectly by their staff.

Started a major remodel several months ago and, given the uncertainty of the supply chain, ordered as much as I could in advance. One item, from QS supplies was a 800 x 1700 shower pan. Imagine my surprise (and my neighbors) when it was delivered at 4:30 AM! That was just the beginning. I stored the shower pan flat, as recommended, and when I went to install it, 2 months later, it was quite the banana (see photo). First QS Supplies said I had installed in incorrectly and when I explained that it hadn't been installed (only an idiot would install something this bent) they said I must have stored it improperly. Bottom line - they have good prices, but who delivers at 4:30 AM - the same people who will sell you defective product and then blame you for it. Avoid at all costs.

If your purchase turns out to be defective you will regret dealing with this shady business. After 19 emails and telephone calls to them over a period of 2 months I finally received a part refund on a defective bath. The people behind the business remain anonymous and any communication that you receive will be almost nothing but misinformation and empty promises. Their returns and refunds policy is non-existent, they have no regard for the Consumer Rights Act and their claim of providing 'outstanding' customer service is an outrageous lie. What you do realise is that they just don't care about reputation because they must manage to suck in enough customers on their low prices.

I ordered a new toilet seat from QS Supplies. Delivery day came and I received a "delivery failed" email in which they claimed their driver had called and no one answered the door, so they wanted an additional £12.00 + VAT to redeliver. Thing was, I have a security camera covering my front door, and no one came to the door. I was also working in my office which overlooks the front door. No one came to my front door. My dog is also better than any doorbell. He didn't bark. No one came to my front door. Contacting them, they were adamant their driver tried to telephone me and they had also tried, but the phone rang with no answer. No missed calls were showing on my phone. These scammers are looking for the £12 to redeliver. I doubt they even sent a van out to me. It's a scam to make more money Did they even have the goods in stock, which reading other reviews elsewhere it seems they might not?

Don't purchase anything from QS Supplies.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
THEY CLEARLY LIST ITEMS IN STOCK SO YOU ORDER WITH THEM THEN SEND YOU A EMAIL SAYING THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK. WEBSITE WILL SAY DELIVERY WITHIN 3-5 DAYS... THEN THERE EXCUSE IS THATS FROM RECIEVING STOCK! SHOULD BE CLEARLY LISTED OUT OF STOCK! BEEN WAITING FOR A BATH PANEL SINCE 24.10.22 WAS FIRST TOLD 2 WEEKS, THEN A GUARENTEED DELIVERY DATE OF 02.12.22 AND NOW MID JANUARY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Do not use this company, even if the price looks good. If something is faulty, it all goes wrong. We were sent a defective bath. I am still trying to get it taken back. It has been on our drive for 6 weeks. No refund sent, no collection. It is faulty. The bath panel doesn't match the bath. The product is not as advertised on website. Cannot speak to owner of the business. Seems to be inefficient call centre not connected with the warehouse. Really dodgy. Will be complaining to trading standards. Will not be giving up either - I will get the refund in the end, QS Supplies!

I ordered a vanity unit that appeared in stock on the website and in the end it was out of stock. They initially gave me a date i. E. 4th of March of when it should be back in stock and then once again they couldn't deliver what they had promised. They are now estimating 4th of April. In Total is taking 2 months for a simple vanity unit. Totally ZERO AND ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered 2 toilets 11 weeks ago. Website says sub just to availability 5-7 days. 7 days I could live with that. I could of settled for 14-21 days. After a couple of weeks I was told it would be 2 more weeks. Ok I know when it's coming now. Then nothing from this company. I chased the company to be told it would be another week. Then another week and so on for the next 6-7 weeks. Eventually being told this week it would be another 4-5 weeks. All the while the website still states 5-7 days. I have now cancelled the order as customers are very frustrated and want to get on. No compensation would be given, they would not even upgrade to the next toilet free of charge. I have had to buy 2 new toilets at a much higher cost on a job priced for these toilets which now hits my pocket. If I was told when placing the order it wasn't in stock I could of worked to it. But the company in general was trusty terrible. False advertising! Stay away

Some items not in stock, despite what it says on website. Don't tell you until after you have paid. Despatched part of order. Told them I wanted to cancel rest of order as I didn't want to wait. Turned into a marathon of trying to get my money back. Different people or "S10" and "S7" as they call themselves, replied to emails every other day and it was like banging your head against a brick wall! Eventually (weeks later) I got a partial refund. They refused to refund any of the shipping as I had had part of the order and when they refunded the products it was 10p short with no explanation and no correction and no response when queried. If anything goes wrong, customer service is appalling. I won't be using them again.

Tip for consumers:
Check what is in stock BEFORE you purchase as you might be waiting a long time and refunds are a nightmare.
