I brought a group on for juverderm. They said to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I went right from work so I got there at 3:15 I was suppose to be there at 3:30 for a 3:45 appointment. Dr's office's and in medical spa's as well as day spa's. They were taking people ahead of me even though I was there early. Instead they took everyone that came in and left me sitting there I didn't get in to see Irina until almost 4:30.
As if that wasn't bad enough no one said anything to me after I filled out the paperwork. I finally go in the room and this girl asks where do I want to get the Juvederm I tell her for the lines around my mouth, she said they don't put Juvederm there because you get a duck lip affect. They advertise Juvederm for the lines around your mouth. I told her that's why I purchased it. She insisted that it's not for that purpose. She put numbing cream around my mouth my forehead because if there was any Juvederm left they could put it on my forehead. Not 5 minutes later Irina comes in I tell her where I want it and she repeated what the first girl said that you don't put it in the lines around your lip. I said I just spent $350.00 for nothing than, she said she can follow the top of my lip line and said it will fill the lines out more. She than started the injections it was so so painful, she said because the girl who put the numbing cream on didn't put it in the right spots. She also said that normally when you come in for Juverderm the girls at the front desk will ask if you want numbing cream and you sit in the waiting room with the cream on it was not offered to me at all. I called them after I left and said it was the worst experience I've ever had and Irina said next time I come I won't have to wait they'll take me right away. That's a joke. Considering all I went through and they also tried to up sell me $50.00 worth of Botox for the lines around my mouth. So I spent 350.00 she didn't use all the Juverderm and I look the exact same still with lines around my mouth. And my lips are no fuller. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy!
