A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
This site is bias to Gay people. I ordered pillowcases for my friends wedding and they sent the wrong ones after I left additional notes as they requested. I requested Mrs. Mrs. And they sent Mr. & Mrs. And after I email them to change the order they stated they do not do same sex orders. But they are telling the truth because they did my very first order with Mrs. & Mrs. On the pillowcases. They are not gay and lesbian friendly.

I tried calling their customer service number, but that doesn't work. They charged me 49.92 for what was supposed to be a total of $13 with shipping. I can't complain to the company because they have no working number. Don't buy from them. Let my mistake be a warning to others. It's a rip off company. Never again!
I bought a simple hot pad that was stamped with Blessings. There was no personalization. After a week I emailed customer service and got a response that it was being processed. That couldn't possibly have been true because it took over 21 days later before I received a tracking number. I'm going to watch to see when USPS even registers that they have received the item. No number to call. Slow email response. Customer service is bad. There are real issues with this company.

I placed the order with Qualtry on 12/8 (priority processing).
The shipping label was created on 12/15.
It is 12/23 (15 days after priority processing order placed) and USPS still has not even receive the package for delivery.
To make this situation even more frustrating, Qualtry Customer Service does not even respect its customers enough to answer / return calls about placed orders.
Here is my stressful and frustrating experience with Qualtry.
I ordered Christmas gifts for family and friends on November 11th. I had spent hours personalizing everything. Based on estimated time given by Qualtry, which was 3 to 5 days, plus shipping time, my parcel should have been delivered by the end of November. Christmas has come and gone and still no sight of my shipment.
I have tried several times to contact Qualtry Customer service about this and have received no response. I eventually asked for refund, because these items are no use to me now. No one has responded to that too.

Finally received refund on several items that were to be Christmas gifts for my associates at work which were ordered in November. There was a tracking # but no movement. I believe products were never made or shipped! When I tried to inquire by phone I learn they don't answer…. Too busy pretending to work on orders. When i email, they reply with a canned response thanking me for contacting them and they will return my email within 24 hours with answers. All lies. Many many emails and countless phone calls that never were answered. Btw the refund I received was minus $17.90 for shipping! Guess the pillowcase I got out of the 13 items ordered cost $17 to ship! Huge scam. DO NOT BUY FROM QUALTRY! They are Truly liars and thieves.

I used a Groupon for 2 sketchbooks. I paid an additional $16.99 to ensure to get them by Christmas. They were a part of two separate "artsy" presents. It's past mid January and still nothing. They won't respond. DO NOT ORDER THRU QUALTRY!

I bought a groupon for the company Qualtry, the whole order was a nightmare rightcdown to Qualtry's customer service. The didn't accept the groupon code, they have lots of excuses and when I did put my order in for 2 items, their system picked only one of the two although I bought/paid and selected 2. I contacted them immediately and they said it was my fault, groupon sucks and also leaves you hanging and Qualtry just tries to get more money out of you with another order. Stay away from this place- they have zero customer service and I feel scammed. Also check their responses to anyone unhappy, it's always defensive, blaming the customer-that's how the are, totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

My 1st order got lost in delivery (I was told), so I agreed to reorder on a 3 day rush. Over 2 weeks later and the product is still not made - now we are looking at 2 months of not getting what I ordered, so I cancelled and am now waiting for a refund - let's see how long that takes.

Don't waste your money! I paid for priority processing and after sending numerous followup emails I finally got a tracking number but with incomplete order! I bought 2sets of cutting boards and 2sets of coasters but they are only sending me the coasters! They never replied to any of my emails and never answer the phone! Search their FB page. They are hiding the comments on their posts. You know why.

I received a personalized cutting board as a gift which was a very cute idea. Unfortunately the etching was the same color as the bamboo board. When I went online all the cutting boards looked like they burnt in etching & or colored font/etching. I just think it's false advertising when you can't even see what my board says
It took over a month to get a personalized bottle opener, and when I finally got it... complete crap! The lettering looks horrible and isn't even centered. All I wanted was a cute stocking stuffer for my fiancé and now I don't have time to send it back and get a new one before Christmas because it took so long to arrive. I'm so disappointed in this product. My 5 year old could have whittled this with his pocket knife. Won't be buying from here again!
Stay away from dealing with this company. I ordered luggage tags on Groupon. They only shipped one when I ordered two. They want to charge me the already exorbitant shipping to receive the second one. Emailed them and they obviously dont care about their customers.

I purchased a groupon for 10 personalized notebooks thinking this would be a great gift for my nieces and nephews at Christmas. I paid $40 for the groupon, and yes it does say 'shipping not included' but there is a link you can go to their site and it shows 'USPS standard shipping' - so any logical person thinks. $5-$15 within the US for a few small notebooks to ship. No way - they charged $60 just for STANDARD shipping with no cheaper option. Almost 2x the Groupon price. I contacted the company and they said 'there is a handling and packaging charge per item' which I explained is not written ANYWHERE on their site or within the groupon. The customer service person pretty much said too bad so sad.
They DIDN'T Deliver...I ordered 7 gifts Nov. 25 for xmas didn't get anything! They finally offered me a promo code...that...didn't work. Happy Holiday
Purchased 5 items from this company June 3rd period they were face mask. June 22nd I received one face mask thrown into a giant bag, Not wrapped in plastic. No invoice, no explanation of where the other 4 items I ordered are & if/when I might receive. Emailed no response. Called *******601. Got recording stating they could not take my call leave a message. WOW
Something's wrong with this company all bad reviews.
I have used this company a few times always hoping for a better experience but the products are subpar, customer service is pretty much non-existent and shipping fees are the worse! Not mention if you request a refund, they do not refund you for items not shipped or taxes you paid. Beware and find a better deal elsewhere.

Bought a cutting board with a Groupon. Like other reviwers was not happy with shipping costs. Got a notification it was on its way. 16 days later I am still waiting. Tracking shows package has been in Orlando for 3 days. I live 90 miles from Orlando. Only response I get from the company is its because of the Corona virus. Asked them to find out what is happening. No response. Very disappointed in them and Groupon. Would never buy anything again. Only bought this because I wanted to help small businesses at this time of crisis.
I bought a groupon for 5 embroidered dog collars. When I went to place the order most of the colors were out of stock. Then I had to pay $30 shipping, which is utterly ridiculous. The quality of the embroidery is poor, one of the collars looks as if it was embroidered by someone who was legally drunk! I have contacted them to ask for a replacement but no response. Looks as if that is par for the course! My advise, don't go there!
Horrible experience that hasn't ended yet. Bought a voucher through Groupon that said they ship in 3-5 days... going on 5 weeks later it still hasn't even shipped. I have all the emails between the company who is as bad at customer service as they are at shipping on time.
I have ordered products from Qualtry for the last 3 years. I have had no issues with thier products. But WARNING don't make a mistake on the Billing or mailing addresses. You will NOT get any support help or common curiosity from the support staff. Even after providing multiple emails and two phones calls attempts to correct the address, mere minutes after clicking the button to order.
I realize I am getting older and I have PD, but to refuse to assist me three minutes after placing the order is wrong!

I ordered two personalized pocket knives for xmas in October. It's December and ive only received one. I emailed them three times before they answered and they told me I received one order. So I again had to explain there were two orders and after emailing them three more times, I haven't heard back. Do NOT order from this company! They won't ship your items and won't answer your emails. ITS A SCAM!
I purchased two different Groupon packages to buy dog collars from Qualtry. The cost of each collar should have been $4.00. THEN I get to their site and discover a "shipping warranty fee" of 98 cents and an exorbitant shipping rate of $24.98 (for one collar!) I was fortunate enough to buy two separate packages because once I attempted to redeem one (by purchasing from them,) I would not have the opportunity to get a refund on the package. So, $4.00 down the drain? Yep. Gladly. I will never purchase from Qualtry. (I have let Groupon know about this crazy shipping cost.)

This company's customer service is terrible. I ordered a blanket for a friend that just had a baby with blue thread to match the baby's name and they messed up the blanket. You can barely read the name as the last 2 letters run in to each other. And the thread color isnt right.
