Quarterly offers curated boxes from tastemakers. For example, Tim Ferriss and Pharell Wilson both curate monthly subscription boxes for the site. The hardest part is picking. I subscribed to Book Riot, which is like heaven for readers. I get a box once a quarterly and it's reasonably priced for what I receive. Quarterly offers no spoilers--you have to choose a box, pay and cross your fingers that you'll love it as much as you think you will. So far, I have. Highly recommended site - pick a box that reflects your own tastes.

“Became terrible, zero customer service”

After several years of subscribing to different boxes, I learned that the same box I just paid full price under subscription two weeks prior went on sale to non-subscribers at a discount. Moreover, the last Nina Garcia box arrived permeated in wood smoke, and after sending them several emails (and getting the auto-response that they've been received and will get back with me shortly), I never heard back. I'm disappointed that after being a loyal customer, I don't even merit a real response. I had to file a dispute with my cc company instead of working out a replacement for the damaged items the way it should have been handled. Avoid like the plague. Can't believe all the curators are still willing to associate with this business.

Never in my life have I been so lied to and treated poorly by a company. I should have known when Quarterly lied to me about shipping out a box. Now today they illegally withdrew over $700.00 from my bank account for a $99.00 Box. Huge bank fees and a cancellation of my bank accounts. My bank even warned me that I was being ripped off by a scam company. These people lie and then lie and then lie again. Customer service isnt even a whisper of a thought with them. Im just one guy ripped off of over $700.00. DO NOT let this happen to you. Do not be ripped off. Stay as far away from Quarterly.co and any of their quarterly boxes as possible. Maybe their theft from me might help to save others from making the same error I did. You have been warned.

Stay away from this scam company! I ordered with plenty of time before Christmas and received an email that it would be shipped. Now 3 weeks later no package. The only way to contact customer service is via email and Its been over a week with no reply. This company is terrible. They are totally a bait and no action company. BEWARE
