I ordered the contacts made for astigmatism and I was so so excited to get them and I was definitely waiting impatiently but upon receiving them and trying to put them in for one they are super super flimsy so they kept turning inside out on me and we all know how bad that hurts! When I finally got them in correctly I couldn't see anything! The blur would not go away. I did everything under the sun to make these work for me because the color is so beautiful but they don't work. I had them in for a few hours (completely blind) hoping maybe they would fixed themselves and nope. I contacted customer service and they just sent me tips on how to use contacts? Being a contact user for years I think I know my way around them but nonetheless I tried their tips and still nope. They're painful and you can't see! I contacted them again and I never got a reply. Goes to show just how much they care... I put these in the trash because they're no use to me if I can't see through them. And that's money down the drain. Also customer service refused to admit they were made incorrectly but obviously they were if they're not working for my eyes. All I asked for was a refund and they never replied to me? Scam!

I have made 3 separate orders for toric lenses (and I will be making another one soon). I have ordered Luna Blue, Villia Blue and Bess green (I have dark eyes) and I think they make my eyes look stunning (especially the Luna Blue which is by far my favorite. It really lightens my eyes and they look like I naturally have blue eyes). Yes, it takes time to receive them but it is well worth the wait in my opinion.

I place my order for astigmatism lenses and waited for about four weeks to get them, and when they arrived one of the lenses was damage it feels like it has a small particle glued to the surface of the contact lense that scratches and irritates my eye they are not bearable to wear. I email them right away to let them know since it was only the next day after receiving them and they did email me back saying that they assure me they were made right and they are not sending me a new lense or a refund. They didn't even give me information to send it back to have it inspected before giving me an answer. QueenContacts DON, T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR A BAD PRODUCT.

Previously order two contacts was okie but the third one I can't even wear them at all. Wasted more than 60 bucks for nothing and customer service is so bad. Took the lens to the doc and the prescription is definitely off but when they keep saying the prescription is right. Just don't waste your time. They are just shady site which makes the terrible lense.

After waiting nearly a month (though it said max 2 weeks on the website) I received my contacts. They are basically unwearble. My eyes itch and get very irritated. While I look through the contacts it looks like they have sand in them. I can just tell they are low quality as they are itchy.

I also had no means to contact customer support. There website is broken. I legit thought I got scammed after it took SO long to come in.

I was attracted to Queenscontacts because of their fair prices for Toric lens and because it would be made in korea; the hub of all circle lenses. One would assume 'special ordered' lens from the manufacturer would be THE MOST COMFORTABLE & FRESH PAIR OF LENSES.
When I finally got the lens after a month wait, they were unwearable! Stiff & blurry! Even though they were from the manufacturer! It felt like worn out contacts that had deteriorated over time in the solution and it literally felt like dry eyes + sand in your eye.
Whats worse and shady of all was the misleading labels on the vials that correctly stated my prescription but when worn, the lenses were blurry and hard --- f**king fake.
They also deny you of any customer support for an exchange/refund on their faulty products.

I conclude that Queencontacts is not a honest seller. Their product prescription is not entirely accurate or true (such as the WATER CONTENT & DIAMETER). Their photos only show the contacts in their BEST lighting that is often taken with flash. Their contacts may be expired/faulty which is why they sell it at a dirt cheap price.

BEWARE CONSUMERS! DONT AUTOMATICALLY TRUST IN DIRT CHEAP CONTACTS ESPECIALLY FROM KOREA TO THE US.
