I wanted to change my payroll from one company to another company within QuickBooks enterprise. I called support for help. I was transferred 10 times and then disconnected. I was on the phone for over an hour, I got nowhere. I call back to payroll support directedly. I told him my story and he said he could help then after giving him all the info he transferred me as well and I got disconnected again. After 2 hours of this and getting nowhere I gave up for now. Do not use QuickBooks, they have no support.
