The item ordered was not received and they do not communicate - their website (quickmanuals.co.uk) has been closed down "due to complaints". If the site comes back up avoid! Payments taken 3 times for same item using name "rapidmanuals.co.uk" - no goods received. Have reported the matter to Barclaycard and mentioned the fact that I am not alone after searching sitejabber.

Paid for 2 manuals in february, never recieved cannot contact company no phone number? And do not answer emails. Site was closed but is now up and running again, would not touch with a bargepole.
They charged me twice & I'm still waiting for the manual. The website is now closed
