I please urge you to avoid Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered a mobile phone from them for my daughter's Christmas present in November 2020, it never arrived. Eventually, after many emails they agreed to a refund, it was never made. Through my credit card company I eventually received a refund in February 2022 of £580. My experience involved an upset 11 year old, many hours spent on emails and phone calls, a period of well over a year when I doubted I'd receive a refund. Do not go anywhere near this company.

I please urge you to avoid Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered a mobile phone from them for my daughter's Christmas present in November 2020, it never arrived. Eventually, after many emails they agreed to a refund, it was never made. Through my credit card company I eventually received a refund in February 2022 of £580.

My experience involved an upset 11 year old, many hours spent on emails and phone calls, a period of well over a year when I doubted I'd receive a refund.

Do not go anywhere near this company.

Initially ordered and paid for a refurbished i phone 6 in early October 2020, which was due to arrive within 7/10 days. After 3 weeks and no response to emailed queries as to the phones whereabouts the order was cancelled, that being in early November 2020.
We are still waiting for the refund 10 months later, one broken promise after another, total liars.
What a shambles of a Company a complete scam bordering on fraudulent activity.

APPALLING service from this company -Do NOT buy from this company. Almost 2 weeks after purchase, the phone has not even been dispatched. Despite payment being debited immediately. Now being told that I have to wait until 14 working days before I will receive a refund.
This company should be ashamed of their conduct and they deserve 0 out of 5.
I hope all the bad reviews that I will continue to post will help others avoid having their money taken the same way.

They have had my phone for repair for over 6 months and now are not responding. £450 down the drain which I can't afford. They are saying is due to COVID. But surely that shouldn't stop the communication, that is the worst. I have seen in Instagram that I'm definitely not the only one with this experience. Avoid avoid avoid!

AVOID! SCAMMERS! Trying to save others the great of dealing with this company

I ordered an iPhone X on 22 Jan 2020 and after a month of waiting requested a refund instead. Almost 3 weeks later, still no refund and told to expect is at the end of this month - pfft!

Have reported to my bank who are treating as a fraudulent case.

Do not use at all! They've had my sons phone for repair for nearly 2 weeks when the website advertises a 48 hour fix. I contacted them 4 days in, only to be told no-one had even looked at it and it'll be another 1-2 weeks. I asked for a refund and the device back but they're not even doing that now. If you read the reviews online you'll see there are 1000's of unhappy customers, some who haven't seen their phone in 3 months! I've found a Facebook group with 750 members complaining! The BBC are currently researching them, avoid at all costs!

I'm sure this company is very good at selling refurbished phones, but my experience of their repair service is nothing short of lamentable. They had my new iPhone 6s for just over a month to repair very slight water damage and returned it today in exactly the same state in which I sent it and that after parting with £158. It won't switch on, charge or connect to iTunes. So if you're considering sending yours for repair my advice is DONT!
Same as another reviewer, I'd award no stars if possible.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have owed me a refund for almost a year. Took my case to the county court, they applied for a 14 day extension, 2 minutes before the deadline a "Luke Solder" emailed them to say they've tried to give me a refund but I hadn't provided my bank details, I emailed them over straight away and still no refund. That was in October, court case isn't until Sept 2022, but I don't hold out much hope and as it's for a little bit less then £300 it'd be more costly to get the bailiffs.

I ordered a reconditioned I phone and paid £269 in April. It has never arrived and I have been unable to get a refund from the company. The company used to be reliable, a year or so ago I bought a reconditioned I phone from them with no problems which was why I used them again to buy my son a phone for his birthday, so I do not know why this happened but it seems there is no way I can get my money back as I used a debit card as I did not have a credit card at the time and their site did not use PayPal.

I bought an iphone 7 plus from this company, after being reassured by the positive reviews on a certain site. I can now see these positive reviews aren't real, the real reviews are similar experiences to my own. They cleverly populate the feed with positive reviews 24/7 pushing down the negative ones whilst upping their overall score.

I had no updates from this company after purchase, when they missed the delivery windows twice, I got the exact same automated reply each time I emailed, saying delivery would be the following week. I smelt a rat and starting doing some research. I wrote an official cancellation of the purchase, which they agreed too. They set a date of almost a month to complete my refund, I'm told this isn't legal. I have read many people like myself have never received their refunds. I've been forced to get my money back through the bank.

It appears this company is advertising mobile phones they simply don't have. Most like me don't get there orders fulfilled, but if you read the real reviews many have been sent broken phones, then the company blame the customer for damaging it and fleece them again.

Avoid at all cost, the worst company I've ever encountered, I feel like a fool for falling for the empty guarantees plastered all over their website, they're crooks pure and simple.

After waiting well over 2 weeks for a phone to arrive, I decided to cancel my order (I ordered with another similar company and it arrived next day!) Now I've been waiting well over their 14 working day refund processing, and I've just been told I won't get my refund until 14th September! I cancelled the order 27/07, how can it possibly take this long to be refunded. Generic useless responses on email to their support, I'd avoid, they really don't seem to care at all about customer service.!

Purchased iPhone 8 and it had a faulty camera. Sent back for repair and they said it arrived with a smashed screen which they blamed me for causing. They said that meant the 1 year warranty was now voided and wanted another £270 to repair phone. I refused as I knew the phone was in perfect condition when i sent it back except for faulty camera and I had sent it back in exactly the same packaging that they sent it to me in and with the carrier they recommended.
They then sent me back a badly smashed phone that looks like it has been tampered with. I am £265 out of pocket and very angry especially as I have seen on various review sites that other people have had a similar experience.
Do not buy a phone from this company

This company sell items they do not have in stock saying the hold up is because the batch of items didn't pass quality control' when their excuses are no longer acceptable and a refund is requested they say it will be issued within 10 working days. It is not refunded. They give countless reasons why it is taking months to refund. They will withhold the funds for as long as possible. Many customers do not receive working items or refunds. Nearly every customer receiving a refund has to do so via the bank which takes up to 3 months to process and they can dispute to hold onto the funds for longer.

(Many cases with exact same wording used from customer services about batches of phones failing quality control etc)

Ordered phone 6th April 2020 - Still no refund 22nd July 2020.

Quick mobile fix is a scam. Quick mobile fix is a fraud. Do not give them any of your business unless you want a big headache to get your money back. Don't just take my word for it, check out the independent reviews or facebook pages. There are many people out there. This company appears to be a deliberate fraud. I really suspect the Trust Pilot reviews. Their accounts on companies house are not audited. Ordered a phone. No phone delivered. No refund despite numerous emails. Phone calls don't work.

If you are in this unfortunate situation, then get in touch with your bank / credit card company for a refund through a system called charge back, but this must be done within 120 days of purchase. It appears this company uses any excuse to avoid its responsibilities and will try to extend their protracted lack of action to beyond the 120 day limit.

Also report them to the Redbridge Trading Standards. Why trading standards allows them to continue trading I don't know.

We have written many emails and get standard replies. They are using covid as an excuse.

If your bank can't or won't help, then your next option will be to take them to the small claims court.

Don't buy from these people they Take your money don't deliver the goods then won't refund your money! Three months on I'm still waiting for a refund after constant emails Nd complaints they just fob you off all the time, It's daylight robbery! Do yourself a favour don't even think of going anywhere near this company!

I bought an iPhone from Quick mobile fix. They said it is pristine condition. After few months phone started to give problem. Quick mobile fix doesn't have phone contact, they don't even reply to the emails. I sent the phone back to them for repair. After two weeks they denied receiving the phone, luckily I had proof of them receiving the phone. Still they tried to deny it. After waiting 6 weeks I complained to my credit card with all the proof and luckily they got me my money back. Quick Mobile Fix is a really bad company, never buy anything thing from them.

Beware this company! Ordered a reconditioned iPad. Was told 7 days delivery. After 11 days asked where it was. Told would dispatch "mid to end of next week". Cancelled. Was told 14 days for refund. Checked bank statement, nothing received 6 weeks later. Asked why, was told would be another week for refund. Have instigated chargeback on my card.

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. I ordered a phone in October 2020, with a 5-7day delivery. I didn't receive a phone so cancelled the order on the 1st of December, I am still waiting for my refund over 2 months later. Seems there are thousands of others in the same boat as me.

My experience with this company was appalling. I ordered a silver iPhone XS in excellent condition for £300 on 15th May 2020, they said I would get it in 7-10 working days. The timescale had gone so I emailed them asking where my phone was, and they kept blaming covid and it failing last checks (surely they'd complete last checks before advertising the phone? But I didn't think anything of this). I emailed them a number of times asking for updates on where my phone was but they kept saying they are unable to provide updates and complete checks due to staff shortages as a result of Covid-19.

I eventually received it on 15th June 2020 (a whole month later), however the camera was faulty and the screen would flicker, so I emailed them about this and they said I can either reset and erase the data on the phone or I'd have to send it back for a repair and I'd get it back in 7 working days. Thankfully, my uncle has a friend who offered to repair it for a cheaper price - so I went ahead with my uncles friend who repaired it on the spot.

I am rating them 2 stars because my phone did eventually come, but it was faulty and outside the timeline and the customer service was disgusting. Emails took forever for them to reply to and they don't have a contact number! And most of the emails were generic and repetitive.

I hadn't read the reviews before I ordered and I recommended a friend to them and thank god they looked up the reviews! That's how I found out about them.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything from them. I got lucky but even then, I had to spend MORE money to repair the faulty phone they gave me.

I'm giving one star because there is no option for minus a hundred stars.
Here are the facts
-Ordered a phone in 7th Dec 2020
-Didn't receive it during that month
-Enquired about it and they said there was a delay
-It's January now still not received my phone
-Mid Jan asked to cancel my order and get a refund
-End of Jan still no money in my account.
-I was told after enquiring over 10 times that I would receive my refund on the 18th of Feb
-surprise surprise, still not received my money (nearly £900) and doubt I ever will

Up to you to decide if that's the service you want to receive.

This company took my payment of nearly£500, for iPhone that was to be a Christmas present. This was mid November, by mid December the phone have been dispatched, in their correspondence they stated it was going through final checks, wouldn't they do this before advertising it? I had to cancel the order as couldn't guarantee they actually had a phone and I needed it for Christmas. I asked for proof or the serial number of the phone, they were silent. After cancelling they emailed to say they wouldn't cancel straight away, I told them yes I wanted it cancelled now, they then emailed to say it works take 14 working days for refund. This should have been refunded before mid January, we are now nearly mid April and still no refund. They only ever send generic responses out when you contact them. They blame Covid even though a company of this size wouldn't be impacted that much by it. Basically they are the worst kind of scum, they were prepared to ruin my daughter's Christmas as they knew I wanted the phone for a present and they are happy to use Covid as an excuse for not refunding, people all over the world are dying from this and these sick individual are cashing in on it.
I've looked the company up on Company's House, they do have assets so no reason to hold on to people's money.

What can I say, just dont bother. Late goods, wrong goods, returned only to be told that they didn't receive, late repayment, keep all e-mails & receipts. If you buy from them use PayPal or a credit card or a Santander 123 account, that way you are covered for when they try to have you over.
