“Horrible survey site, robbed me of $15”

James W.
10/9/17

I spent few months getting my account up to $15 so I could cash out. I went to cash out today and it says put in your phone number for verification purposes. So I put my number in and it calls me with a code that I had to write down, by the time I got a pen to write it down, the call ended. So I say "okay, I'll have them text me the code then" as that's another option. So they text me the code. Then I realize after they texted me the code, that it was still on the verification page and there was absolutely nowhere to put the code. So I say try calling again... now it says "invalid number / number of tried limited" what? You never gave me the option to even put my code details anywhere! So then, now I have to email them... which is super annoying because I am signed up with numerous survey companies and NEVER had this issue. So to make matters worse, after I deal with this crap just to cash out, I get another email from QuickPaySurvey saying I have another survey available. This was super irritating as I thought "Dont send me email inviting me to surveys, when I am having issues cashing out on surveys ALREADY completed." So I went to unsubscribe to the emails, AND IT CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT! Just from clicking the unsubscribe button. It said I forfeit all earnings! I read that as I clicked the unsubscribe too late not realizing these f**king idiots made you cancel your WHOLE account just by unsubscribing to emails. Seems like a total scam to me. I have NEVER seen a company cancel your ENTIRE account WITH $15 earnings, just from the unsubscribe button. Now you guys get to keep my earnings and still use all the info I provided! Way to go scammers! I'm sure you knew EXACTLY what you were doing by cancelling people's accounts from the unsubscribe button. I'm sure you robbed others of their money the exact same way. STAY away from them! And stay away from most survey sites who literally want to insulting wages for your time.
