Ordered Jan 16 2016 date today is March 2nd Still not product.

The website states 4 days for delivery but it comes from China! They don't respond to inquiries. Beware of this company, 3 weeks and still don't have my order

12 weeks later and not received anything. They don't reply to email. Scam.

I ordered 2 items last December, 2015 and until now my order is awaiting shipment. I sent several contact us messages and email messages in January and this month but as of date I have not received any response from them. It has been 7 weeks and I am still waiting for shipment or response. They billed my credit card statement in US$ when the system showed Toronto and should be Canadian $ and the shipment would come from China and not Canada. I just realized this when I received the email confirmation after payment.

Please do not order from this site. Had I read the reviews before I made my order I would not have purchased any item from this site.

Ordered in March now mid April with no product and does not respond to emails. Do not order from them.

Over charged me from kabin clothing a month later still no product has anyone recieved it?

Placed an order for a card... They say on the site it will ship in 24h. Waited 3 days, sent messages using the form and got no reply...

Called VISA to obtain a refund and ordered my card for an another retailer for the same price...

Despite they tell you 4 days to ship to your house, it took 1 month to get the R4 card (Qc, Canada). This website is NOT Canadian.
No communication AT ALL! I sent many emails but received no answers...
I finally received the product but I get an error message and I thinkl this card is a cheap clone... WORSE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I ordered from this site, didn't do any research. After I submitted order I started reading reviews saying the site was a scam and fraud so I panicked, didn't file a charge-back yet and thought I'd give it a couple weeks.

To my surprise the product was delivered to my door, in good shape. It's obvious the product is coming from china, so it does take a bit longer.

I would probably use this site again, as I had a tough time finding one to get the R4 card to begin with.

Site states that the product usually takes 4 days to reach its destination because it doesn't come from Asia. It also says that payment won't be processed until your order is fulfilled. Well I ordered Dec 12, payment went through Dec 13, order wasn't marked shipped until Jan 6 and didn't arrive until Jan 20.

Repeated messages via "Contact Us" page were completely ignored. The package apparently came from Ireland (3 "Éire" stamps) with no return address or any other post marking (stamps weren't visibly cancelled).

On top of that, the product wasn't what was ordered. It was supposed to be R4i Gold and not R4i SDHC. Not the end of the world since the latter should also work but that's not what I ordered.

And yes, as a previous poster mentioned, all prices are in USD on a Canadian-branded site. Plus the credit card gets processed through some Chinese service.

Definitely not recommended.

Despite the fact that it seems to be a Canadian web site (R4i Toronto with a canadian flag). Currency are in USD. It wasn't mention no where. It was obvious to me that I a was going to pas 27.98 Can dollars.

The email notification says:

　Transaction amount: USD 27.98

It is writen at the very bottom of the site that everything is in USD
