I think that the brand is fantastic I got a necklace that was perfect for my mum so I highly recommend it so that you can give your family something nice
I purchased a couple bras from a local store and what I thought I had, wasn't. I tried the raw on at the bra and they fit wonderfully. But once I wore them and had movement, the bra started to ride up in the front; exposing my breast, the cup was almost under my neck. How embarrassing! I had to run to the bathroom to readjust. MG! What I noticed was that the sides weren't supportive; tight. They were too loose. Cute bras but its a HELL NO for me.

Just bought the Rachel Roy mustard colored bedding. After one wash, it's discolored with lighter spots than it's original color. I know I should expect some fading but my comforter set is all messed up now. I really loved it. Now I'm just disappointed.
I ordered 2 items from RachelRoy.com and only received one of the items and the one I did receive was damaged. They sent out the missing item after I told them I no longer needed it so I waited to return the damaged item I received upon receiving the missing item. Both items where returned within the 14 day policy but due to a delay on shipping they arrived 3 days after the 14 days so I was issued a store credit. When I contacted customer yet again, I was almost in tears after the rep was so rude and simply refused to accommodate me at all. I will be contacting my cc company and issuing a charge back. Buyers beware of RachelRoy.com. No wonder this horrible company is going out of business!
I exchanged several items with Rachel Roy's customer service over the phone. After I received confirmation the returns made it to Rachel Roy, I waited a few days for confirmation of the delivery for my exchanged items. It never came so I contacted Rachel Roy's Customer Service and was given the run around. On several occasions, they informed me 1 item had been shipped and a refund was submitted thru PayPal for the other 2 that they no longer had in stock. I never received notice or confirmation of either transaction. Further, they could not provide me the confirmation # for the item shipped(nor the date shipped) nor, when they refunded my money back to PayPal. I spent over 35 minutes with them and 27 of those minutes I was on hold.
