If you try to call them, they keep you on hold endlessly. You agree (unwittingly) to purchase a years supply of whatever product they want to charge you for... and if you don't CANCEL within 18 days, you can't get your money refunded. A busy housewife found this miraculous product and she will send you a free sample... what a scam!
