“Love these guys”

Ashley T.
9/11/20

When Mike reached out and ask for a review, I was more than happy to write something up. Honestly, I'm not sure were all the negotiable comments are coming from. But, my experience was totally opposite. I literally was the do a live draw on IG. There's a comment below that says they don't have a Instagram, but that untrue their IG is literally their company name. I love trust pilot, but they obviously let competitors spam each other. Anyway, on to the review... This company is absolutely real and not a scam. I know this because I actually won a $2,000 Nordstrom gift card. I called them at least 5 times and emailed them for updates even more. Each time I was met with a easy going guy or gal that actually answered my question. In closing, I'll say this: I had a great experience with Raffle of the Day. I will play again and again.

“Doesn't make sense”

Think about it, they're giving away a $40,000 watch (what it would cost to buy it since it's not available at the dealer) and yet if there are 1500 max entries as per pics, and each person can do 100 entries, then $100x1500people= max total of ~$150,000 Raised. What kind of fundraiser decides: I'm giving away $40,000 and I don't want to make more than $110,000... Logical? And why is there a time limit? Either it's limited by 1500 people or by time, not both

I entered to win a raffle. They sent me an email with a confirmation receipt. I got another email 2 days later which said it looks like my order didn't finalize and to click again to order more entries(something along those lines). Then I replied with a screenshot of my confirmation receipt and asked if they could confirm whether or not it's in or not and for weeks they refused to answer that email. They make promises on their social media pages then break them. "Live drawing tonight at 7pm CST" then 2 hours later they still haven't posted who won. Now here's the cherry on top, since their pages inception in 2018 they've had 22 different usernames. Read my pic to see some of them. Pretty sure it's a scam.

Mike D. – Raffle Of The Day Rep

Hi Blair,

We want to apologize to you regarding your experience. This is not the type of experience we want any of our supporters to have. With that being said, we have had staffing/customer service challenges due to a COVID-19 outbreak within our office. We've posted information regarding this on all our social media pages in an effort to be transparent with our supporters.

We want to take the opportunity to address your complaints above.

1. We are terribly sorry about missing your email. Unfortunately, the person you were sending the message to(mike) was affected by the outbreak and was not monitoring email.

2. There was a mix on the winner announcement, however, we went live at 7pm Pacific time(which was two hours earlier than 7 PM CST). We also posted the announcement on our story for everyone to see who may have missed the live broadcast

3. There no doubt that we've changed our IG name over time, however, this was long before Raffle of the Day was created. We simply repurposed an IG account that we used for other endeavors. We want to be clear in saying this is public information and anyone can look this up. We are not trying to hide it. People and businesses change their IG names all of the time. We see nothing wrong with unless you are misleading people(which we are absolutely not)

Again, we are terribly sorry you've had this experience.

Looks like fraud to me. Check the screen capture of what I get going to their website. The US government has seized their Internet domain name.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this fraud raffle
