I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I didn't know what to expect to be honest but after talking with Joshua on numerous occasions, he took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how simple or strange they were. This really showed me how much Joshua and the rest of the RAIC team care for each client they encounter. Shaun has been a pleasure to work with offering mentorship, he spent well over an hour building relationships after multiple conversation with his relationship manager. I invested in RAIC and payment was made promptly as advised. Since than, I have had multiple conversation with RAIC staff and Shaun. Highly recommend.

This company is a scam and recently entered VA. It was exposed in the VA that Shaun Fox illegally mismanaged investor funds and paid himself and staff with the proceeds. ASIC have since banned him. Shaun has hired shadow Director's to run his companies. Steve Askew, Joshua Smith, Chris Farace, KT Nguyen are all criminally involved in Fox's investment schemes. Now, Mine Enterprise Lending and Foxi Invest are taking off where Foxi Capital left off. Stay away from these criminals. They stole my family's money and Responsible Entity Services (RES) are also part of this major scam.

I love working with FOXI Capital and shaun is amazing person who has a big heart, wants to help as many people as he can! On entering COVID lockdown, I like many others felt very uncertain about the stability of my financial future. I went to Shaun for guidance and to my suprise he offered to take me on as a mentee. I've already started my own brokerage and have investments in two projects coming my way. Was taking money from investors without any intention of extracting any value. Material misrepresentation and lies abound. Still trying to raise money with MEL fund. Stay away!

Thank you for response, and your distorted version of the facts. I did reinvest the funds you returned and I invested them in your Pleasure Point Mine. Check your records.
You contacted me earlier this year stating that the 10% "good will" would be made because your previous project failed and you kept the invested funds for 6 months without paying any interest. Earlier this year you stated that the payment would be made in 2 weeks. Since January you have been making excuses as to why it hasn't been made.
The fact of the matter is you have not made that interest payment while my funds were sitting in my account. I'm still waiting to be paid.
I think you are a little delusional. At one point in your reply you claim that I am not entitled to the interest payment, and later you claim that you have sent me a " formal confirmation to pay " and I am still waiting for that payment.
I don't know why you mention my other investment which isn't the issue. Could it be an attempt at salvaging some credibility? The P. P. M has still to prove itself. I wait with interest for the next interest payment due next month, or will it be more sad pathetic excuses why the payment can't be made.
I have emailed you recently regarding this matter. Feel free to post those emails with these reviews.
I notice at the end of your review, you make an attempt to portray your company as ethical, and trust worthy, when in fact the opposite is the case.
You mentioned in one of your emails that you are doing the best you can to look after your staff. If it wasn't for investors you wouldn't have any staff.

I have known Shaun for a couple of years now, we met unexpectedly through a mutual friend. Originally it was a meeting set up as I was told I could hold some inside information that might be of use to Shaun regarding a project of his, it turned out to be much more than that.
Upon meeting Shaun I felt instantly comfortable. It's easy to see why he is so successful once meeting him in person. Not only is he smart but the passion he exhibits when talking about not just once but each and every project he works on is so genuine you can't help but smile.
He is such a people person with a drive not only for himself to succeed but to assist others in succeeding.
As busy as he is he always finds time to have a chat with me about how he might be able to assist me in bettering my future.
When we first met I had a drive to one day have a house and be financially stable but had no idea if this was ever possible. Shaun helped me though a thorough explanation of his investment company and to someone like me who isn't particularly great with numbers it was very comforting.
I didn't invest a great deal but the benefit of being able to ask for the turnover earlier this year when covid hit made a huge difference that I may otherwise not have had.
I cannot speak of or recommend Shaun as a person, his services or his companies more highly.

When I first spoke with Joshua I was undecided untill he put me in touch with Shaun. Who, after getting to know Shaun and him guiding me through how the opportunities work, he is 100% genuine and willing to give people advice and watch them suceed.

On the occasions I needed to make inquires regarding the PPM, I was fortunate enough to deal with Krysten. I have found her assistence and information to be invaluable, her attitude very professional, and she delivered on issues that needed to be rectified. Krysten is a great asset to the company, and needs to be recognised accordingly. Perhaps some form of renumeratoin to reflect her value and commitment she brings to her role would be appropriate recognition.

Beware of this company. An absolute scam company and ASIC has banned the Director Shaun Fox for misleading investors. Currently also under investigation for serious fraud and financial crimes.

June 9 2023 - ASIC has banned the director of Foxi Capital AU Pty Ltd and authorised representative of Responsible Entity Services Ltd, Shaun Fox from providing financial services and being involved in carrying on such a business for a period of eight years.
ASIC found Mr Fox contravened financial services laws by making false and misleading statements and engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct in relation to financial products.
