Talk about a bad taste in the mouth...
I recently enquired about an order I had placed and received a most unpleasant response.
I wrote using the 'Contact Form': "I am concerned that my order has still not been delivered despite being advised that this item was dispatched from a small business in Australia - after some investigation, this business is allegedly only an hour south of where I live."
The answer came: "I don't know from where you got your stupid bull$#*!. Order was shipped from Europe track it yourself and don't waste my time."
If I was mistaken, fair enough, but I don't believe such rudeness was deserved.

Placed an order didn't receive it. COVID was their blame I felt that was a lie. When I asked for a refund I was told to go and F- myself and I was an idiot and other colorful words. So I came back on him/her as well. My suggestion is no one should do business with this company and they should be closed down. I am also reporting them to the BBB so I can get my money back. And I won't stop until I do.

I recently ordered the TV movie Elvis for my sister who has been trying to find it for years. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast shipping and excellent quality of the packaging and film itself. I just ordered a couple more hard to find movies for myself. I remember when I first came upon this company I was skeptical. I want rare movie lovers to know this is all legit so order with confidence. Mike M.
